【摘要】：涂宗浚字鏡源,江西南昌人,萬歷十一年(1583)進士,歷任大理寺少卿,延綏巡撫,山西宣大總督等職,官至兵部尚書。作為明代后期一位重要的邊臣,對他的事跡進行探究具有重要的意義。本文分為三部分,第一部分簡述涂宗浚早年為官事跡,他曾四為縣令,后入都察院,巡按多地,處理了許多政務,同時積極為朝政事務建言獻策,鍛煉了他的政治才能,為他今后處理邊事打下了堅實的基礎;第二部分是本文的主體,主要論述涂宗浚的治邊事跡。涂宗浚在任延綏巡撫期間,與眾將士團結一致,并運用有效的策略,抵御了蒙古火落赤諸部的入侵。他主持修筑鎮(zhèn)北臺,加固長城延綏段要塞,因時制宜對邊堡布局進行調整,并且主持了延綏中路的扒沙工程,使延綏鎮(zhèn)的整體防御能力大為增強。不僅如此,涂宗浚十分關心延綏鎮(zhèn)乃至陜西文化教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,支持關中書院、榆林衛(wèi)學及武學的建設,主持增寫《延綏鎮(zhèn)志》,為延綏地區(qū)教育文化事業(yè)的發(fā)展做出了重要貢獻。在任職宣大總督期間,面對順義王王位繼承危機,涂宗浚鎮(zhèn)靜自若,憑借自己的政治才干和積累下來的治邊經(jīng)驗,有條不紊地化解危機中一環(huán)又一環(huán)的問題,最終促成了王位繼承危機的解決,維護了明朝的利益,促進了明蒙關系的健康發(fā)展;第三部分對涂宗浚的治邊思想做一簡略論述,以求全面了解涂宗浚�？傊�,對涂宗浚的歷史功績是可以充分肯定的,他在某種程度上達到了"內圣外王"的境界。
[Abstract]:Tu Zongjun word mirror source, Jiangxi Nanchang people, Wanli 11 years, 1583) Jin Shi, successive Dali Temple Shaoqing, Yan Sui governor, Shanxi Xuanda Governor, officials to the Department of War Shang Shu. As an important official in the late Ming Dynasty, it is of great significance to explore his deeds. This article is divided into three parts. In the first part, Tu Zongjun's deeds as an official in his early years were briefly described. He had four county orders, then went to the capital court, inspected many places, handled a lot of government affairs, and at the same time actively advised and trained his political talent for the affairs of government affairs. The second part is the main body of this paper, mainly discusses the deeds of Tu Zongjun. Tu Zongjun, during the period of governor Ren Yan-sui, United with all the soldiers and men, and used effective tactics to resist the invasion of the Mongol Fire. He built the north platform of the town, strengthened the fortress of the Great Wall Yansui section, adjusted the layout of the side castle according to the situation, and presided over the sand removal project of Yan-Suizhong Road, so that the overall defense capability of Yansui Town was greatly enhanced. Not only that, Tu Zongjun is very concerned about the development of cultural and educational undertakings in Yansui Town and even in Shaanxi Province, and supports the construction of Guanzhong Academy of Classics, Yulin Methodist Studies and Wushu Studies. Moderating the addition of "Yan Sui Town Records", for the development of education and culture in Yansui region made an important contribution. During his term as Governor of Xuan Da, in the face of the crisis of succession to the throne of Shunyi King, Tu Zong-chun was calm and unflappable, relying on his own political skills and accumulated experience in administering the border, and methodically resolved the problems in the crisis one by one. Finally, it contributed to the resolution of the crisis of succession to the throne, maintained the interests of the Ming Dynasty, and promoted the healthy development of the relationship between Ming and Mongolia. The third part briefly discussed Tu Zongjun's idea of ruling the border in order to understand him comprehensively. In a word, Tu Zongjun's historical achievements can be fully affirmed. To some extent, he has reached the realm of "internal, holy and external kings."
