【摘要】：北魏軍鎮(zhèn)制度的形成主要有兩種途徑,其一是對十六國時期地方行政機構軍鎮(zhèn)化的繼承,有很多北魏軍鎮(zhèn)就直接承襲或間接演蛻自五胡諸國的鎮(zhèn)、城(塢、堡、壁、壘、固等)、護軍等軍鎮(zhèn)化政區(qū)。其二是北魏皇始年間占領華北之后,一批軍鎮(zhèn)通過"盛簡親賢、擁麾作鎮(zhèn)"途徑產生。"盛簡親賢"在當時就是選任拓跋宗室、勛貴及部落酋帥、大人出任鎮(zhèn)將,"擁麾作鎮(zhèn)"就是由"親賢"率領其世代所統(tǒng)部落在北部邊境及內地要沖設鎮(zhèn)駐守。而這也是五胡諸國及前期北魏政權控制所占領區(qū)域、實施民族統(tǒng)治的基本方式。
[Abstract]:There are two main ways to form the military town system in the Northern Wei Dynasty. One is the inheritance of the military town of the local administrative organization during the 16th State period. Many military towns of the Northern Wei Dynasty have inherited directly or indirectly cast their sloughs from the towns, cities (docks, forts, walls, bases) of the five Hu states. Solid and so on, guard army and so on military town turns the administrative area. Second, after the Emperor of the Northern Wei Dynasty occupied North China, a group of military towns came into being through "Sheng Jian Fen Xian, support Hui as a town". At that time, Sheng Chien-hsien "was elected to the Tuoba clan, Xiangui and tribal chieftaincy, and adults as town generals." Huong Hui as a town "was led by the" kind-Xian "tribe to set up a town garrison on the northern border and inland areas. This was also the basic mode of national rule in the region occupied by Wuhu State and the early Northern Wei regime.
