【摘要】:湖南地區(qū)產(chǎn)茶已有非常悠久的歷史,早在西漢時(shí)便已有了茶事活動(dòng),是我國(guó)最早生產(chǎn)和利用茶葉的地區(qū)之一。唐宋時(shí)期,湖南茶葉生產(chǎn)方獲得長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展,這一時(shí)期,飲茶之風(fēng)興盛、產(chǎn)茶區(qū)域擴(kuò)大、茶葉產(chǎn)量提高、品種增多、茶葉貿(mào)易進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。據(jù)史料顯示,唐代湖南地區(qū)產(chǎn)茶州郡應(yīng)不低于七個(gè)。至宋代,湖南地區(qū)絕大多數(shù)州縣都栽種了茶樹(shù),茶樹(shù)成為了湖南地區(qū)普遍種植的經(jīng)濟(jì)作物。唐宋時(shí)期,湖南地區(qū)的茶葉產(chǎn)量在全國(guó)已處于較高水平。唐代湖南地區(qū)雖具體茶葉產(chǎn)量不詳,但據(jù)推斷,數(shù)量?jī)叭徊簧?至北宋,湖南地區(qū)茶葉產(chǎn)量大約為640萬(wàn)斤,在當(dāng)時(shí)居全國(guó)前列;南宋湖南地區(qū)茶葉產(chǎn)量雖低于北宋時(shí)期,但也居于全國(guó)前列。唐宋時(shí)期湖南地區(qū)茶葉的品種眾多,可謂名品薈萃。唐代湖南地區(qū)貢茶種類(lèi)多,其他品種的茶葉也廣受大眾歡迎,當(dāng)時(shí)全國(guó)許多地方都能看到湖南茶的身影。這說(shuō)明唐代湖南地區(qū)茶葉品質(zhì)優(yōu)良,且茶葉貿(mào)易也逐漸發(fā)展。宋代湖南地區(qū)的茶葉收購(gòu)價(jià)格與出售價(jià)格在全國(guó)產(chǎn)茶地區(qū)中屬較高水平,亦從一個(gè)側(cè)面反映湖南茶葉品質(zhì)之優(yōu)良;而宋代湖南地區(qū)所產(chǎn)茶葉小部分在當(dāng)?shù)叵?絕大部分的茶葉轉(zhuǎn)向中級(jí)集散市場(chǎng)榷貨務(wù),最終銷(xiāo)往以汴京為中心的北方地區(qū)和周邊民族地區(qū)。而唐宋時(shí)期湖南地區(qū)的茶葉經(jīng)濟(jì)能得到較大發(fā)展,主要得益于湖南優(yōu)良的自然條件、悠久的茶樹(shù)種植歷史、農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展與人口的持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)。茶葉作為一種經(jīng)濟(jì)作物,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)有著重大的影響。研究唐宋湖南地區(qū)茶葉相關(guān)問(wèn)題,對(duì)于了解當(dāng)時(shí)湖南茶葉經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的脈絡(luò),以及湖南茶在當(dāng)時(shí)的地位有很大的意義;且唐宋時(shí)期湖南地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)地理格局已基本定型,直至現(xiàn)在也仍未有特別顯著的變化,所以研究唐宋湖南茶葉問(wèn)題非常有利于我們?cè)诨赝涂偨Y(jié)歷史中,收獲借鑒與啟發(fā),以此來(lái)啟迪我們對(duì)新時(shí)期湖南茶葉經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的探索。
[Abstract]:Tea production in Hunan Province has a very long history, as early as the Western Han Dynasty has tea activities, is one of the earliest production and use of tea in China. During the Tang and Song dynasties, tea production in Hunan was greatly developed. In this period, tea drinking flourished, tea production areas expanded, tea production increased, varieties increased, and tea trade further developed. According to historical data, Hunan region in the Tang Dynasty should not be less than seven tea counties. In the Song Dynasty, tea trees were planted in most counties and counties in Hunan Province, and tea trees became a common cash crop in Hunan Province. During the Tang and Song dynasties, the tea production in Hunan was at a high level in the whole country. Although the specific yield of tea in Hunan in the Tang Dynasty is unknown, it is inferred that the quantity is quite large; by the Northern Song Dynasty, the yield of tea in Hunan was about 6.4 million jin, ranking the top in the country at that time; although the tea output in Hunan in the Southern Song Dynasty was lower than that in the Northern Song Dynasty, But also in the forefront of the country. In Tang and Song dynasties, there were many kinds of tea in Hunan Province. There were many kinds of tribute tea in Hunan in Tang Dynasty, and other kinds of tea were popular with the public. At that time, Hunan tea could be seen in many parts of the country. This shows that the Tang Dynasty Hunan tea quality, and tea trade is also gradually developing. The purchase price and sale price of tea in Hunan in Song Dynasty are relatively high among the tea producing areas in China, which also reflect the excellent quality of tea in Hunan from one side, while a small portion of tea produced in Hunan in Song Dynasty is digested locally. The vast majority of tea leaves turned to the intermediate distribution market to discuss goods, and eventually sold to the northern region and the surrounding ethnic areas with Bianjing as the center. In the Tang and Song dynasties, the tea economy in Hunan was greatly developed, mainly because of the excellent natural conditions, the long history of tea planting, the development of agriculture and the continuous growth of population. As a cash crop, tea has a great impact on the economy. The study of tea related problems in Hunan in Tang and Song dynasties is of great significance for understanding the development of Hunan tea economy at that time and the status of Hunan tea at that time, and the economic geography pattern of Hunan in Tang and Song dynasties has been basically finalized. Until now, there is no significant change, so the study of Hunan tea in Tang and Song dynasties is very helpful for us to look back and sum up the history, draw lessons from and enlighten us, so as to enlighten us to explore the development of Hunan tea economy in the new period.
