【摘要】：北宋募役法改革前存在眾多特殊戶役,包括陵戶、廟戶、柏子戶、畦戶、俸戶、佃種官田戶以及家有農(nóng)師、醫(yī)人的農(nóng)戶等。這些特殊戶役具有免雜役差科、專門役或由中央派出機(jī)構(gòu)管理等特征。就其性質(zhì)而言,陵戶、廟戶、柏子戶屬于差役;畦戶可歸入差雇范疇;俸戶、佃種官田戶則為色役戶;農(nóng)師、醫(yī)人屬于州縣役人。在宋代職役與夫役的賦役解釋框架下,除畦夫外的特殊戶役,都接近職役。北宋募役法改革前特殊戶役的職役性質(zhì)不僅體現(xiàn)出唐宋制度的連續(xù)性;同時(shí),也提醒學(xué)術(shù)界需要重新檢討宋代役制。宋代職役結(jié)構(gòu)中并非只有州縣鄉(xiāng)役人員,也包括具有職役性質(zhì)的特殊戶役。盡管鄉(xiāng)官向鄉(xiāng)役轉(zhuǎn)變使宋代地方職役有所增加,但整體上看,北宋募役法改革前無(wú)論職役還是力役都呈回縮狀態(tài)。宋代役制中差雇的含混與吏役的模糊,也需要學(xué)術(shù)界在宋代役制研究中不能拘泥于宋人的役制觀,應(yīng)該把握中國(guó)古代役制發(fā)展的總體趨勢(shì)和方向,才能弄清楚宋代役制整體結(jié)構(gòu)以及具體役屬性。
[Abstract]:There were many special household servitude before the reform of the law of enlistment in the Northern Song Dynasty, including mausoleum, temple, cypress, furrow, salary, tenancy, and farmers who had agricultural teachers and cured people. These special household servitude has the characteristics of no miscellaneous service, special service or management by the central agency. As far as its nature is concerned, mausoleum, temple and cypress family belong to the service; furrow households can be classified into the category of poor employment; pensioners, the tenancy of the official field households are color servitude households; agricultural teachers, medical personnel belong to the state and county servitude. In the framework of the explanation of duty service and husband service in the Song Dynasty, the special household service, except the border husband, was close to the duty service. The nature of special household service not only reflects the continuity of the system of Tang and Song dynasties, but also reminds the academic community to review the system of service in Song Dynasty. In Song Dynasty, the structure of duty service is not only the state, county and township servitude, but also the special household service with the nature of duty service. Although the transformation of township officials to rural service increased the local service in Song Dynasty, on the whole, both service and servitude were reduced before the reform of the law of enlist service in the Northern Song Dynasty. The ambiguity of poor employment and the ambiguity of official service in the service system of the Song Dynasty also requires that the academic circles should not stick to the concept of the service system of the Song Dynasty in the study of the service system of the Song Dynasty, and should grasp the general trend and direction of the development of the system of service in ancient China. Only in order to understand the overall structure of the Song Dynasty service system and the specific service attributes.
