【摘要】：驛傳,又稱郵驛,是我國古代政府為傳遞文書、送往使客、轉(zhuǎn)運軍需貢物而設(shè)立的一種通信交通組織。它既是我國歷代政府對地方實行有效統(tǒng)治的重要工具,又是地方之間相互聯(lián)系交流的重要紐帶。驛傳制度可追溯于商周時期,經(jīng)過秦、漢、隋、唐、宋、元時期的發(fā)展完善,至明代時,這一制度日趨成熟。明朝建立后,在各省廣泛建立驛傳,進一步完善全國驛路交通系統(tǒng)。自永樂遷都北京后,山東夾于兩京之間,連接南北政治、經(jīng)濟中心,是南北必經(jīng)之境,其地理位置的重要性顯而易見,故明代山東地區(qū)的驛傳在全國占有十分重要的地位。而從學(xué)術(shù)界對明代驛傳制度研究現(xiàn)狀來看,對于明代地區(qū)驛傳制度的研究鮮有人涉足,因而還存在很大的研究空間。 本文主要是從明代山東地區(qū)的驛傳制度入手,以明代山東布政司的行政建置為基礎(chǔ),系統(tǒng)的論述明代山東地區(qū)驛傳的沿革與驛路的分布情況、驛傳的管理、山東驛傳在明代社會中的作用以及驛傳的弊病與整頓,從而對明代山東地區(qū)的驛傳作一整體系統(tǒng)的研究,進而揭示作為明代地方交通設(shè)施的驛傳與明政權(quán)建設(shè)的關(guān)系,以期彌補明代驛傳制度研究中存在的不足之處,拓寬明代驛傳制度研究的領(lǐng)域。 全文共分六部分,第一部分為緒論,概述了本文寫作緣起及其意義,并對相關(guān)的學(xué)術(shù)史做了適當(dāng)?shù)幕仡?簡單介紹了本文的寫作方法,同時指出了本文在寫作過程中的史料依據(jù)與存在的困難。 第二部分主要是對我國古代驛傳制度的沿革情況作了簡單的論述,主要突出我國古代驛傳制度在歷朝的一個發(fā)展與變革的情況。 第三部分首先介紹了明代山東布政司的行政建置,并系統(tǒng)的、詳細的論述了明代山東地區(qū)驛傳的設(shè)置沿革情況,并對山東地區(qū)的驛路分布情況詳細的作了說明。 第四部分主要從中央、地方與法律規(guī)定三個方面論述了明代山東地區(qū)驛傳制度的管理體制,并對驛舍與急遞鋪的建置布局作了簡單的論述。 第五部分突出明代山東驛傳在明代社會中的政治、軍事、經(jīng)濟與文化傳播上的作用。 第六部分從明代山東地區(qū)驛傳制度弊病出現(xiàn)的背景、表現(xiàn)及其整頓改革的情況等方面來論述山東驛傳制度的衰落情況。 最后是文章的結(jié)語,總結(jié)了明代山東驛傳制度發(fā)展演變的過程、驛傳制度的管理和在明代社會中所起的作用以及驛傳的弊病及短暫整頓的情況。
[Abstract]:The post relay, also known as postal post, is a kind of communication and transportation organization established by the ancient government of our country for transmitting documents, sending passengers and transferring military supplies and tributes. It is not only an important tool for Chinese governments to exercise effective rule over local government, but also an important link for mutual communication between local governments. The system can be traced back to the Shang and Zhou dynasties. After the development of Qin, Han, Sui, Tang, Song and Yuan dynasties, the system became more and more mature in Ming Dynasty. After the establishment of the Ming Dynasty, the establishment of a wide range of posts in the provinces, the further improvement of the national post-road transportation system. Since Yongle moved its capital to Beijing, Shandong is between the two capitals, connecting the political and economic centers of the north and the south, which is the essential territory of the north and the south. The importance of its geographical location is obvious, so the relay transmission of the Shandong region in the Ming Dynasty occupies a very important position in the whole country. But from the academic circles to the Ming Dynasty post biography system research present situation, regarding the Ming Dynasty region post biography system research has the person to set foot, therefore still has the very big research space. Based on the administrative establishment of the Chief Secretary of Shandong in Ming Dynasty, this paper systematically discusses the evolution and distribution of post transmission and the management of post transmission in Shandong area of Ming Dynasty, starting with the system of post transmission in Shandong in Ming Dynasty, and based on the administrative construction of Shandong Chief Secretary in Ming Dynasty, the article systematically discusses the evolution of post transmission and the distribution of post relay in Shandong in Ming Dynasty. The role of Shandong post transmission in the Ming Dynasty society, the malady and rectification of the post transmission, so as to make a systematic study of the post transmission in Shandong area of the Ming Dynasty, and then reveal the relationship between the post transmission as the local transportation facilities of the Ming Dynasty and the construction of the Ming regime. In order to make up for the deficiencies in the study of the system of post transmission in the Ming Dynasty, broaden the field of the study of the system of post transmission in the Ming Dynasty. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, which summarizes the origin and significance of this paper, and makes a proper review of the relevant academic history, and briefly introduces the writing methods of this paper. At the same time, the paper points out the historical data basis and existing difficulties in the process of writing. The second part mainly discusses the evolution of the ancient post transmission system in China, highlighting the development and change of the ancient post transmission system in the past dynasties. The third part firstly introduces the administrative establishment of the Chief Secretary of Shandong in Ming Dynasty, and systematically discusses the setting and evolution of the post relay in Shandong in Ming Dynasty, and explains the distribution of the post road in Shandong in detail. The fourth part mainly discusses the management system of the post transmission system in Shandong area in Ming Dynasty from three aspects of the central, local and legal provisions, and makes a simple discussion on the construction and layout of the post house and the urgent transfer shop. The fifth part highlights the role of Shandong post in the political, military, economic and cultural communication in Ming society. The sixth part discusses the decline of the post transmission system in Shandong Province in Ming Dynasty from the background, the performance and the situation of rectifying the reform. The last part is the conclusion of the article, which summarizes the process of the development and evolution of the post transmission system in Shandong in Ming Dynasty, the management of the post transmission system and the role it plays in the society of the Ming Dynasty, as well as the shortcomings of the post transmission and the situation of the temporary rectification.
