【摘要】：清代布倫托海官辦屯田初設(shè)于1867年,規(guī)模未具。瑞洵擔(dān)任科布多參贊大臣期間,奉命將墾田作為邊防最大之政,籌措經(jīng)費(fèi),招募屯員,調(diào)撥物料,設(shè)立臺(tái)站,建倉置舍,興修水利,開墾屯田,使布倫托海屯田初具規(guī)模,對(duì)布倫托海乃至整個(gè)阿爾泰地區(qū)產(chǎn)生了積極的影響。
[Abstract]:In the Qing Dynasty, the government-run Tuntian was set up in 1867. During his tenure as Counsellor of Kobdo, RuiXun was instructed to take the reclamation field as the biggest policy of frontier defense, to raise funds, to recruit staff, to allocate materials, to set up stations, to build warehouses and houses, to build water conservancy projects, and to open up fields for open fields, so that the opening up of fields in the Brentohai area took shape. It has had a positive impact on the Brento Sea and the entire Altai region.
