【摘要】：明代潮州府巡檢司具有濃厚的軍事色彩。明初主要布局在沿海港口,填補(bǔ)了衛(wèi)所防御的空白。洪武二十七年(1394年),隨著衛(wèi)所體系的建立,巡檢司也相應(yīng)調(diào)整了駐地,成為衛(wèi)所的重要補(bǔ)充;嘉靖中后期設(shè)立柘林水寨后,沿海巡檢司的海防地位進(jìn)一步降低。而山區(qū)巡檢司卻在嘉靖年間大量添設(shè),成為山區(qū)防御的主體力量。巡檢司可以應(yīng)對(duì)小規(guī)模的騷亂,對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村安全具有一定的保護(hù)作用,但由于力量有限,其實(shí)際效果并不理想。
[Abstract]:The Ming Dynasty Chaozhou Prefecture Inspection Department has a strong military color.In the early Ming Dynasty, the main layout was in the coastal ports, filling the gaps in the defense of Wei Institute.In the 27 years of Hongwu (1394), with the establishment of the security institute system, the department of patrol and inspection adjusted the station accordingly and became an important supplement to the station; after the establishment of Zhelin Shuizhai in the middle and late period of Jiajing, the coastal patrol department's position of coastal defense further decreased.The Mountain Patrol and Inspection Department in Jiajing years a large number of added, as the main force of mountain defense.Patrol department can deal with small scale disturbance and protect rural security to a certain extent, but its actual effect is not ideal because of its limited strength.
