【摘要】：明朝初期實行的均工夫役,不少學(xué)者做過專門探討,但都不夠準(zhǔn)確,實際上它包含三種既有聯(lián)系又有區(qū)別的役法:第一種實行于直隸和江西,按每田一頃出夫一人的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)僉征,任務(wù)是修繕京師的城垣河道,實行時間大約從洪武元年持續(xù)到洪武十九年;第二種實行于京師營建的高峰期,除直隸、江西外,還擴(kuò)展到湖廣,按田地面積或稅糧數(shù)量為基準(zhǔn)僉派,任務(wù)是燒造并輸送京師和中都營建所用城磚;第三種是第一種的替代,實行于直隸應(yīng)天、太平、鎮(zhèn)江、寧國、廣德五府州,按每四丁共出一夫的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)僉征,實行時間大約從洪武十九年持續(xù)到宣德年間。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the Ming Dynasty, many scholars did some special research, but all of them were not accurate enough. In fact, it contained three different forms of servitude: the first was applied in Zhili and Jiangxi provinces, and was levied according to the standard of one husband per field.The task is to repair the city wall channel of the capital teacher, which lasted from the first year of Hongwu to 19 years of Hongwu. The second, which was implemented during the peak period of construction of the capital division, was extended to Huguang in addition to Zhili and Jiangxi.According to the area of the fields or the amount of tax grain as the basis of the legitimate faction, the task is to burn and transport the city bricks used in the construction of the capital and Zhongdu; the third is the replacement of the first type, which is implemented in Zhili Yutian, Taiping, Zhenjiang, Ningguo, and Guangde five prefectures.According to the standard of one husband per quadrant, it lasted from Hongwu nineteen years to Xuande.
