【摘要】：將歷史知識(shí)向整個(gè)社會(huì)普及,在當(dāng)前尤其必要。普及歷史知識(shí)的宗旨,在于提高全民族的綜合素質(zhì),使讀者的認(rèn)識(shí)范圍在時(shí)間上延展、在空間上擴(kuò)大,促進(jìn)人們心懷的寬闊、眼界的恢宏、意念的徹悟、智慧的升華。歷史知識(shí)的普及中,需要恪守記史求真的規(guī)范,并將之作為首要的根本原則。還必須全面敘史,避免偏失,即將不同側(cè)面的史實(shí)不加隱瞞地予以敘述,不能剝奪群眾對(duì)完整歷史的知情權(quán)。普及性的史書(shū)應(yīng)當(dāng)汲取學(xué)術(shù)上的新發(fā)現(xiàn)、新成果與新觀點(diǎn),將歷史知識(shí)的傳播立足于學(xué)術(shù)進(jìn)展的前沿位置,同時(shí)兼顧不同的學(xué)術(shù)觀點(diǎn),不能單以流行的說(shuō)法為據(jù)。貫徹這些原則,需要史學(xué)界承擔(dān)此責(zé),繼承前人的成果,著手組織新一代普及性史書(shū)的撰寫(xiě)。
[Abstract]:Popularizing historical knowledge to the whole society is especially necessary at present.The purpose of popularizing historical knowledge is to improve the comprehensive quality of the whole nation, to extend the scope of readers' cognition in time, to expand in space, to promote the broadness of people's hearts, the grandeur of vision, the realization of ideas and the sublimation of wisdom.In the popularization of historical knowledge, it is necessary to abide by the norms of historical history and seek truth, and regard it as the first fundamental principle.It is also necessary to comprehensively narrate history and avoid bias, that is to say, the historical facts of different sides should be narrated without concealment, and the masses' right to know about a complete history cannot be deprived.The popularized history books should draw on the new discoveries, new achievements and new viewpoints, and base the dissemination of historical knowledge on the frontier position of academic progress. At the same time, they should give consideration to different academic viewpoints, and should not be based solely on popular theories.To carry out these principles, historians should undertake this responsibility, inherit the achievements of their predecessors, and organize the writing of the new generation of popular history books.
