【摘要】：黑水城出土的兩件西夏手實(shí)文書,內(nèi)容主要為三個(gè)部分:第一部分是戶主相關(guān)信息,第二部分是土地信息,第三部分是家庭人口信息與財(cái)物信息。這與唐宋手實(shí)的登載內(nèi)容在順序上有所不同,尤其是在土地信息和人口信息這兩方面。西夏是土地信息在前、人口信息在后,唐宋則相反。這不僅僅是書寫習(xí)慣的不同,還與西夏的賦役制度有關(guān)。同時(shí),這種差異與唐宋賦役制度的歷史演變息息相關(guān),特別是均田制崩潰后、以丁身為本轉(zhuǎn)為以資產(chǎn)為宗的賦役制度,深刻影響了西夏的賦役制度。
[Abstract]:Two Xixia hand documents unearthed in Heishui City are mainly composed of three parts: the first part is related information of head of household, the second part is land information, the third part is family population information and property information.This is different from the content published in Tang and Song dynasties, especially in land information and population information.Xixia is the land information before, population information after, the Tang and Song dynasties is the opposite.This is not only the writing habits of the difference, but also related to the West Xia system of duty.At the same time, this difference is closely related to the historical evolution of the system of taxation in the Tang and Song dynasties, especially after the collapse of the system of average land, the system of servitude, which was converted from "Ding as the original" to "the patriarch", had a profound impact on the system of taxation in the Western Xia Dynasty.
