元代武陵山區(qū)土官行政建制研究

【摘要】:元代在武陵山區(qū)的土官行政建制,是一種將民族與地域混合為一體的特殊行政區(qū)劃管理模式。安撫司行政建制的象征性控制、地方蠻夷官的實質性自治、溪洞社會組織的完整性延續(xù),成為元代武陵山區(qū)土官行政建制的基本構架。這種管理模式側重于"溪洞"群落單位的基層組織管理,忽略于"溪洞"群落所屬人口的管理,導致了所謂的"諸部蠻夷"始終沒有成為國家的編戶之民。為防止溪洞蠻夷的反抗,軍政一體的安撫司只能長期保留,從而使國家規(guī)范的行政建制無法在武陵山區(qū)設置,以至使這里成為規(guī)范行政建制的空白。
[Abstract]:The administrative system of land officials in Wuling Mountain area in Yuan Dynasty is a special administrative division management mode which combines nationalities and regions.The symbolic control of the administrative system, the substantial autonomy of the local barbarian officials and the continuity of the integrity of the Xidong social organization became the basic framework of the administrative system of the local officials in the Wuling Mountain area of the Yuan Dynasty.This kind of management mode focuses on the basic organization management of the community unit of "Xidong" and neglects the management of the population belonging to the "Xidong" community, which leads to the so-called "barbarian barbarians" never becoming the people of the country.In order to prevent the resistance of barbarians in Xidong, the conciliatory department of military and government integration can only be retained for a long time, so that the national standard administrative system can not be set up in Wuling Mountain area, and even makes it a blank of standardized administrative system.
