【摘要】：清代綏遠城財政收入主要有俸餉銀、房地租銀和生息銀三部分;而財政支出主要有公費、紅白事賞、餉銀、馬價銀、盤費銀以及衙署、廟宇費用等項目。在這個收支體系中,以綏遠城理事同知、右司、旗庫等不同機構(gòu)為核心,呈現(xiàn)出較為明確的地方財政和八旗財政并行的雙軌特點,反映了清朝嚴格的財政奏銷體制。
[Abstract]:The Qing Dynasty of Suiyuan City fiscal revenue mainly include pension Xiangyin, rent and interest bearing silver silver three part; and fiscal expenditure are free, red and white matter tours, Xiangyin horse silver, silver Panfei and government office, and other projects. In this temple the cost budget system, to Suiyuan City governing lishitongzhi, our right, its library etc. different institutions as the core, showing the local finance and the financial characteristics of the parallel track is more clear, reflects the strict fiscal system in Qing Dynasty played off.
