清代州縣衙門的畫行制度

【摘要】:畫行是指文書法定負責人判定文書是否符合要求、是否準允施行的行為。畫行之制,至少源于漢代的畫可、畫諾,歷經演變,至清代漸趨完善。有清一代,畫行制度一般在中央各部院呈堂稿和州縣衙門文移稿中出現(xiàn)。在州縣衙門中,文書多由書吏起草、幕友點改、長官畫行,畫行與否決定著文件是否能夠下發(fā)執(zhí)行!赌喜繖n案》為我們探討畫行的運作過程與式樣、適用的文書類別以及畫行的一些特例提供了實物依據(jù)。其文末的"行"字是否為上級對下級的批示,尚有待考證。
[Abstract]:Painting is the act by which the legal person in charge of the document determines whether the document meets the requirements and whether it is permitted to be carried out. The system of painting is at least derived from the Han Dynasty's paintings and promises, evolved and gradually improved in the Qing Dynasty. There was a Qing Dynasty. The system of painting execution generally appears in the manuscripts submitted by the central ministries and departments and in the manuscripts of the state and county government offices. In the state and county government offices, the documents are mostly drafted by the scribes, the curtain is changed by friends, and the officials draw up the lines. Whether the drawing line or not determines whether the document can be sent and executed. The Southern Archives provides us with a discussion of the process and style of the drawing line. The applicable types of documents and some special cases in the drawing line provide the material basis. Whether the word "line" at the end of the text is the instruction of the superior to the subordinate remains to be studied.
