【摘要】：忽必烈在位期間,以儒家思想為指導(dǎo),以農(nóng)桑為本,構(gòu)建"蒙漢雜糅"的政治體制,輕徭薄賦,知人善任,發(fā)展多元文化,開(kāi)創(chuàng)了有元一代天下大治的社會(huì)局面。
