【摘要】：縱觀明代,面臨的邊境安全隱患主要有蒙古、西番、吐魯番、女真和倭寇,這些邊患持續(xù)時(shí)間長、波及地域廣,因此邊軍的重要性不言而喻。歷代王朝邊軍的后勤補(bǔ)給水平,在一定程度上能夠體現(xiàn)軍隊(duì)的后勤保障能力、軍事力量的大小以及國家經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的強(qiáng)弱,明代也不例外。 在明代各地邊防軍中,山西邊軍作為防御蒙古的一支重要力量,其后勤補(bǔ)給的成效也在一定程度上影響過明王朝的發(fā)展軌跡。然而,至今還未有一本專門研究山西邊軍后勤補(bǔ)給的專門性成果問世,只在零散的與之相關(guān)成果中才偶有提及。 后勤補(bǔ)給的概念涉及范圍很大,如各項(xiàng)制度和規(guī)則的制定、實(shí)施和保障；各執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)置、職掌；具體保障措施的實(shí)施和運(yùn)作等等,內(nèi)容多且復(fù)雜。通常,古代軍人平時(shí)和戰(zhàn)時(shí)的衣、食、住、行、用所必需的軍需物資的生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)作和供給,都可以算作后勤補(bǔ)給的一部分。 明代是專制主義中央集權(quán)繼續(xù)發(fā)展的時(shí)代,對邊軍的后勤補(bǔ)給影響非常明顯。與邊軍后勤補(bǔ)給有關(guān)的機(jī)構(gòu),在中央有戶部、兵部、工部,以及同這些部門有隸屬關(guān)系的寶源局、軍器局、兵仗局、太仆寺、苑馬寺等機(jī)構(gòu),此外還有歸屬內(nèi)府的鞍轡局、火藥局等。在地方,后勤補(bǔ)給主要?dú)w于三司、衛(wèi)所、府州縣,以及中央派駐地方的后勤機(jī)構(gòu)如行太仆寺等管理。 后勤機(jī)構(gòu)供給的具體軍需物資,也是本文涉及的內(nèi)容。這涉及到糧餉的供給、武器裝備的制造和配給、馬政等內(nèi)容。通過對山西邊軍后勤補(bǔ)給的考察,全面地看待其發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Throughout the Ming Dynasty, the main potential border security risks faced by Mongolia, Xifan, Turpan, Nu Zhen and Japanese aggressors, which lasted for a long time and affected a wide range of areas, therefore the importance of Bian Jun is self-evident. To a certain extent, the military logistics support ability, the size of military forces and the strength of national economic strength, Ming Dynasty is no exception. Among the border guards in various parts of the Ming Dynasty, Bian Jun of Shanxi, as an important force in defending Mongolia, also influenced the development track of the Ming Dynasty to a certain extent by the effectiveness of its logistic supply. Up to now, there is not a specialized research on the logistics supply of Bian Jun in Shanxi Province, which is only occasionally mentioned in the scattered and related achievements. The concept of logistics replenishment, which covers a wide range of aspects, such as the development, implementation and guarantee of systems and rules; the setting up of implementing agencies, the operation of specific safeguards, etc., and so on, is numerous and complex. The production, operation and supply of clothing, food, shelter, transportation and supplies necessary for military and military personnel in peacetime and wartime can all be counted as part of the logistic supply. The Ming Dynasty was an era in which authoritarian centralization of power continued to develop, and the impact on Bian Jun's logistics supply was very obvious. There are central departments of households, military departments, and ministries of industry and industry in the central government. As well as the Baoyuan Bureau, the military Organ Bureau, the military War Bureau, the Taihu Temple, the Yuan Ma Temple and other institutions affiliated with these departments, in addition to the saddle bridle bureau and the gunpowder bureau, which belong to the Inner House, etc. At the local level, the logistic supplies are mainly attributed to the three divisions, the security offices, and the prefectures and counties. As well as the central stationed in the local logistics agencies such as Taibu Temple and other management. The specific military supplies supplied by logistic organizations are also the contents of this paper. This involves the supply of grain and salary, the manufacture and rationing of weapons and equipment, and Ma Zheng. Through the investigation of the logistics supply of Bian Jun in Shanxi Province, the development of the material is viewed in an all-round way.
