法家學(xué)說與西漢的皇權(quán)主義——以“冠履之喻”為中心的考察

【摘要】:冠的本義是頭部飾具,因先秦儒家的冠禮而具有了等級(jí)秩序的象征意義。法家更進(jìn)一步,將履和冠并提,運(yùn)用到闡述其尊君思想上,并形成了異于先秦其他諸子的絕對(duì)尊君理論。"冠履之喻"也完成了由器物之別到自然之勢(shì)的象征再到君尊臣卑與社會(huì)之勢(shì)的轉(zhuǎn)變。西漢時(shí)期,"冠履之喻"一再被提及,法家的絕對(duì)尊君思想得到宣揚(yáng),法家學(xué)說因此也為西漢時(shí)期皇權(quán)主義的塑造提供了思想資源。
[Abstract]:The original meaning of the crown is head ornaments, which have the symbolic meaning of hierarchical order because of the ceremony of the pre-Qin Confucianism. The Legalists go further, and apply it to the elaboration of their thought of respecting the monarch. And formed a theory of absolute respect for the monarch, which was different from that of other scholars in the pre-Qin Dynasty. "the metaphor of Crown and Shoe" also completed the transformation from the symbol of objects to the trend of nature and then to the inferiority of monarch and minister. In the Western Han Dynasty, "the metaphor of crown and action" was repeatedly mentioned. The absolute respect for the monarch of the Legalists was propagated, so the doctrine of Legalism also provided the ideological resources for the shaping of imperial authoritarianism in the Western Han Dynasty.
