【摘要】：商鞅變法以富國(guó)強(qiáng)兵為目的,對(duì)秦國(guó)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)制度進(jìn)行了全面改革,徹底改變了秦國(guó)在爭(zhēng)霸戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中的不利局面。授田制即在這一時(shí)期在秦國(guó)確立。授田制的核心內(nèi)容為通過“開阡陌”、“制轅田”實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家對(duì)土地和人口的全面支配。“阡陌”即田間疆界,受法律保護(hù),神圣不可侵犯,是國(guó)家權(quán)威的象征;“轅田”即有條件的“賜”田,通過“賜”田使農(nóng)民依附于國(guó)家。畝制改革與農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理也是授田制的重要內(nèi)容。秦國(guó)授田制的特點(diǎn)包括:以戶籍作為授田的依據(jù),將土地占有多寡與身份地位掛鉤,農(nóng)業(yè)稅收主要以土地為對(duì)象等。授田制是秦國(guó)“耕戰(zhàn)”體制中的重要一環(huán),為秦國(guó)解決了兵源與財(cái)源的問題。授田制下土地性質(zhì)呈現(xiàn)一些私有特點(diǎn),但并非完全私有。
[Abstract]:The reform of Shang Yang for the purpose of enriching the country and carried out a comprehensive reform of the political and economic system, completely changed the state of Qin in the wars in the unfavorable situation. The core content of farmland system is through the "open field", "Tian Yuan" to achieve a comprehensive national control the land and population. An important part of Mu system reform and agricultural production management and farmland system the characteristic of Qin. The grant of land ownership is the state of Qin "land war" system an important part, for solving the Qin Manpower and finance problems. The nature of the land granting system showed some characteristics of the private, but not completely private.
