【摘要】：本文主要探討1927—1937年間上海地區(qū)的女性犯罪問(wèn)題。 首先，通過(guò)對(duì)這一時(shí)段上海女性概況的分析，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，此時(shí)，上海女性職業(yè)日趨多元化、女性參加社會(huì)生活的領(lǐng)域也日益廣泛。女性在廣泛參與和溶入社會(huì)生活的同時(shí)也在影響和改變著當(dāng)時(shí)的上海社會(huì)，通過(guò)對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)上海女性犯罪問(wèn)題的分析，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，盡管女性犯罪的絕對(duì)數(shù)量并不是很高，但就總體發(fā)展趨勢(shì)而言，在某些領(lǐng)域女性犯罪則呈不斷上升的態(tài)勢(shì)，并且益嚴(yán)重化、多元化。這表明女性犯罪問(wèn)題在民國(guó)時(shí)期(1927-1937)的上海已經(jīng)成為一種不可忽視的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。 其次，本論文對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)上海社會(huì)女性犯罪的主要種類(lèi)進(jìn)行了分析。通過(guò)對(duì)史料的解讀，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，當(dāng)時(shí)上海社會(huì)的女性犯罪所涉及類(lèi)型已經(jīng)十分廣泛，從非暴力性質(zhì)的拐賣(mài)、詐騙等犯罪到暴力性質(zhì)的綁架殺人等犯罪都有女性的參與。從女性犯罪與社會(huì)的關(guān)系來(lái)看，，有些犯罪看上去是反社會(huì)的，但同時(shí)它又是社會(huì)功能的產(chǎn)物，即不僅女性犯罪人本身而且受害者都是現(xiàn)存社會(huì)制度的產(chǎn)物。 最后，本論文從女性自身以及社會(huì)兩個(gè)角度對(duì)這一時(shí)期上海女性犯罪產(chǎn)生的原因與特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析。通過(guò)分析，我們可以得出這樣的結(jié)論：民國(guó)時(shí)期(1927-1937年)上海社會(huì)的不穩(wěn)定協(xié)調(diào)以及社會(huì)問(wèn)題與矛盾的日益增多是當(dāng)時(shí)女性犯罪的一個(gè)重要深層次原因。
[Abstract]:This article mainly discusses the female crime in Shanghai from 1927-1937. First of all, through the analysis of the situation of Shanghai women in this period, we find that, at this time, the occupation of women in Shanghai is becoming more and more diversified, and the fields in which women participate in social life are becoming more and more extensive. While women are extensively participating in and integrating into social life, they are also influencing and changing the Shanghai society at that time. Through the analysis of the crime problems of women in Shanghai at that time, we find that although the absolute number of female crimes is not very high, However, as far as the overall development trend is concerned, female crime in some fields is on the rise, and it is becoming more serious and diversified. This shows that the problem of female crime in the Republic of China (1927-1937) in Shanghai has become a social problem that can not be ignored. Secondly, this paper analyzes the main types of female crime in Shanghai at that time. Through the interpretation of historical data, we find that the female crime in Shanghai at that time has been involved in a wide range of crimes, from non-violent trafficking, fraud and other crimes to violent crimes such as kidnapping and homicide have female participation. From the perspective of the relationship between female crime and society, some crimes seem antisocial, but at the same time it is the product of social function, that is, not only the female offenders themselves but also the victims are the products of the existing social system. Finally, this paper analyzes the causes and characteristics of female crime in Shanghai in this period from the perspective of women themselves and society. Through analysis, we can draw such a conclusion: the unstable coordination of Shanghai society during the period of the Republic of China (1927-1937) and the increasing number of social problems and contradictions are an important and deep-seated reason for the female crime at that time.
