十三世達(dá)賴(lài)?yán)锱c西藏上層關(guān)系述評(píng)

【摘要】:十三世達(dá)賴(lài)?yán)镌谥袊?guó)近代史上是一個(gè)頗具爭(zhēng)議性的人物。從他踏上西藏神壇的那一刻起,復(fù)雜的國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)形勢(shì)已經(jīng)注定了他的一生將是坎坷而曲折的一生。面對(duì)這種復(fù)雜的形勢(shì),十三世達(dá)賴(lài)?yán)锊](méi)有放棄對(duì)自己和對(duì)西藏的信心,他從親政開(kāi)始,便按照計(jì)劃一步步地去勾畫(huà)他心目中美好的藍(lán)圖。在西藏的內(nèi)部斗爭(zhēng)中,他利用各種手段和方法,逐一打敗了各方面的政敵,完成了對(duì)西藏的絕對(duì)統(tǒng)治。在處理與中央政府的關(guān)系時(shí),他對(duì)清政府的對(duì)外妥協(xié)政策深為反感,因而表現(xiàn)出幾次反復(fù),甚至中間還表示出一種分裂主義的傾向。對(duì)英國(guó)侵略者,他先是堅(jiān)決抗?fàn)?屢戰(zhàn)屢敗后,竟然對(duì)英國(guó)侵略者由仇恨轉(zhuǎn)為親近,而且還借助英國(guó)的力量向中央政府施壓。正是由于這一點(diǎn),在他的個(gè)人檔案中增添了不光彩的一筆。但是,人非圣賢,孰能無(wú)過(guò)?到了晚年,十三世達(dá)賴(lài)?yán)锝K于重新找回自己的定位,回到了祖國(guó)的懷抱,也為他的一生劃上了一個(gè)比較圓滿(mǎn)的句號(hào)。 本文著重從辛亥革命前,十三世達(dá)賴(lài)?yán)锱c西藏上層勢(shì)力中比較具有典型代表性的人物之間的各種關(guān)系入手,如第穆攝政和九世班禪等,特別還提到了他與在西藏代表清政府的駐藏大臣之間錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而比較全面地向世人展示十三世達(dá)賴(lài)?yán)锏膱?zhí)政理念和政治手段,并探討十三世達(dá)賴(lài)?yán)镌谖鞑卣䦃呢暙I(xiàn)與失誤。
[Abstract]:The XIII Dalai Lama is a controversial figure in China's modern history. From the moment he set foot on the Tibetan shrine, the complicated international and domestic situation had doomed his life to be bumpy and tortuous. In the face of this complicated situation, the 13th Dalai Lama did not give up his confidence in himself and Tibet. From the beginning of his own administration, he began to draw up his vision of a beautiful blueprint step by step according to the plan. In the internal struggle in Tibet, he used various means and methods to defeat his political opponents one by one and to complete his absolute rule over Tibet. In dealing with the relations with the central government, he was deeply disgusted by the foreign compromise policy of the Qing government, so he showed several iterations, and even showed a tendency of separatism in the middle. To the British invaders, he first resolutely fought, and after repeated defeats, he turned the British invaders from hatred to closeness, and also used British forces to put pressure on the central government. It was for this reason that he added a disgraceful sum to his personal file. However, people are not saints, who can not do? In his later years, the 13th Dalai Lama finally regained his position, returned to the embrace of the motherland, and put a relatively satisfactory end to his life. This paper focuses on the relationships between the Dalai Lama of the 13th Dalai Lama and the more representative figures in the upper classes of Tibet before the Revolution of 1911, such as the Regent of the Mu Dynasty and the Ninth Panchen Lama. In particular, he also mentioned the intricate relationship between him and the ministers stationed in Tibet who represented the Qing government in Tibet, and thus more comprehensively demonstrated to the world the ruling ideas and political means of the 13th Dalai Lama. And discusses the 13 th Dalai Lama's contributions and mistakes in Tibetan politics.
