【摘要】：目前河南史志事業(yè)的發(fā)展面臨著三大趨勢(shì)、三大挑戰(zhàn)和三大更高要求。在這樣的背景下,為了保證史志事業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,有七個(gè)必須堅(jiān)持的原則,同時(shí)要做到"志、鑒、刊、報(bào)、網(wǎng)、庫(kù)、館、研、用"九個(gè)方面協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,切實(shí)處理好史志事業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的十大關(guān)系,樹立戰(zhàn)略思維觀念,為史志事業(yè)長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展確立戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),以創(chuàng)新精神推動(dòng)河南省史志事業(yè)科學(xué)發(fā)展。要實(shí)現(xiàn)河南省史志事業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,必須實(shí)施"三位一體"的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,具體而言就是加強(qiáng)隊(duì)伍建設(shè),強(qiáng)化基礎(chǔ)保障,創(chuàng)新史志成果。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of Henan historiography is faced with three major trends, three challenges and three higher requirements. Against this background, in order to ensure the sustainable development of the history cause, there are seven principles that must be adhered to. At the same time, it is necessary to achieve coordinated development in nine aspects, such as "the journal, the mirror, the journal, the newspaper, the net, the library, and the research." This paper deals with the ten relations in the course of the development of the historiography, sets up the concept of strategic thinking, establishes the strategic goal for the long-term development of the historiography, and promotes the scientific development of the historiography in Henan Province with the spirit of innovation. In order to realize the sustainable development of the historical chronicles in Henan Province, the development strategy of "trinity" must be implemented, which is to strengthen the construction of the contingent, strengthen the basic guarantee, and innovate the achievements of historical records.
