【摘要】：在傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)商人與政府及其代理人官吏之間存在著嚴(yán)重的不平等關(guān)系,但他們之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)行為仍然具有明顯的契約性質(zhì),文章主要利用現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中的合約理論對(duì)晉商與政府結(jié)合的原因和影響進(jìn)行了探討。研究表明,晉商正是利用同封建政府及其官吏之間的"合約"鎖定關(guān)系,節(jié)約了交易成本,規(guī)避了諸多市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),在明清商界盛極一時(shí)。然而,在晉商發(fā)展的后期,隨著產(chǎn)權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化、交易成本和各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的遞增,官商之間特殊的合約鎖定關(guān)系則成為晉商走向衰落的主要推動(dòng)因素。
[Abstract]:In the traditional society, there is a serious inequality between the businessmen and the government and their agents, but their economic behavior still has an obvious contractual nature. This paper mainly discusses the reason and influence of the combination of Shanxi merchants and government by using the contract theory in modern economics. The research shows that Shanxi merchants made use of the "contract" locking relationship with the feudal government and its officials, saved transaction cost, avoided many market risks, and was very popular in the business circles of Ming and Qing dynasties. However, in the late stage of Shanxi merchants' development, with the change of property right structure, transaction cost and increasing risks, the special contract locking relationship between officials and merchants becomes the main driving factor of Shanxi merchants' decline.
