【摘要】：地方志,是詳細(xì)記載一地的地理、沿革、風(fēng)俗、教育、物產(chǎn)、人物、名勝、詩文等的綜合性著述,被譽(yù)為"一方之全史"。地方志是一種重要的區(qū)域文化資源。隨著我國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,地方志亦受到愈來愈多的關(guān)注。地方舊志文獻(xiàn)的整理研究工作也應(yīng)及時(shí)跟進(jìn),這既是對(duì)珍貴古籍的合理保護(hù),也是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)文化的有效傳承。巫山縣位于重慶市東部,地域文化濃厚。據(jù)文獻(xiàn)記載,巫山縣歷代曾編修縣志數(shù)部。在現(xiàn)存的幾部巫山縣舊志中,清代雍正《巫山縣志》時(shí)間最早,具有較高的文獻(xiàn)價(jià)值。在現(xiàn)存多個(gè)版本中,《北京師范大學(xué)圖書館藏稀見方志叢刊》所收雍正《巫山縣志》(簡(jiǎn)稱北師大本)流傳范圍較廣,運(yùn)用科學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)奈墨I(xiàn)學(xué)研究方法對(duì)該志原文進(jìn)行標(biāo)點(diǎn),對(duì)謬誤之處進(jìn)行�？�,對(duì)疑難之處適度注釋,極大方便了今人閱讀,具有較高的實(shí)用價(jià)值。在對(duì)北師大本進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)整理的基礎(chǔ)上開展相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)研究。第一,懶清歷代《巫山縣志》編撰脈絡(luò),辨明雍正《巫山縣志》版本間的異同,分析該志在體例及內(nèi)容上的編寫特點(diǎn),形成比較全面的縣志研究資料。第二,科學(xué)認(rèn)識(shí)雍正《巫山縣志》的重要價(jià)值:綜合記錄巫山縣歷史文化,可信度高,具有重要的史料價(jià)值;編纂時(shí)間早,為后世志書編纂的重要參考文獻(xiàn),具有較高學(xué)術(shù)研究?jī)r(jià)值;蘊(yùn)含著豐富的地域文化信息,具有一定的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值;記載了大量的優(yōu)秀人物事跡,服務(wù)巫山精神文明建設(shè),具有顯著的社會(huì)價(jià)值。第三,在正確認(rèn)識(shí)雍正《巫山縣志》價(jià)值的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)包含該志在內(nèi)的巫山縣舊志文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行開發(fā)應(yīng)用研究,并提出具體開發(fā)策略:建立系統(tǒng)有效的開發(fā)機(jī)制,適度實(shí)行地方志產(chǎn)業(yè)化管理;培養(yǎng)專業(yè)的地方志人才隊(duì)伍,注重實(shí)踐型人才的培養(yǎng)和引進(jìn);加強(qiáng)巫山縣舊志的鉆研開發(fā)力度,多渠道、多形式開發(fā)地方志文化產(chǎn)品。
[Abstract]:The local chronicles are comprehensive works that record the geography, evolution, customs, education, property, characters, places of interest, poems and prose of a place in detail, and are praised as "the whole History of one side". Local history is an important regional cultural resource. With the vigorous development of cultural industry in China, local chronicles are receiving more and more attention. The collation and research of local old records should be followed up in time, which is not only the reasonable protection of precious ancient books, but also the effective inheritance of traditional culture. Wushan County is located in the eastern part of Chongqing, strong regional culture. According to literature records, Wushan County in the past dynasties have compiled several county records. Among the existing old records of Wushan County, Yongzheng's annals of Wushan County in Qing Dynasty had the earliest time and had higher literature value. Among the existing versions, the Yongzheng "Wushan County Records", which was collected by the Library of Beijing normal University, has a wide range of spread. It uses scientific and rigorous methods of documentary research to punctuate the original text of the journal. It is of great convenience for modern people to read by collating the fallacies and annotating the difficult ones, which is of high practical value. On the basis of literature review of Peking normal University, relevant academic research is carried out. Firstly, the chronicles of Wushan County Records of the lazy Qing Dynasty were compiled, the similarities and differences between the editions of Yongzheng and Wushan County Records were identified, and the writing characteristics of the style and content of the chronicles were analyzed to form more comprehensive research data of county records. Second, scientific understanding of the important value of Yongzheng Wushan County Records: comprehensive record of Wushan County history and culture, high credibility, important historical data value, early compilation time, for later generations of important reference books, It has higher academic research value, contains abundant regional cultural information, has certain cultural industry value, records a large number of outstanding personage deeds, serves the Wushan spiritual civilization construction, has the remarkable social value. Thirdly, on the basis of correct understanding of the value of Yongzheng's "Wushan County Records", this paper makes a research on the development and application of the old records of Wushan County, which includes the records, and puts forward specific development strategies: to establish a systematic and effective development mechanism. We should carry out the industrialization management of local chronicles moderately; train the professional talents of local records, pay attention to the cultivation and introduction of practical talents; strengthen the research and development of the old chronicles in Wushan County, and develop the products of local chronicles in many ways and in many forms.
