【摘要】：述而不論是志書(shū)編纂的重要原則,但與揭示客觀規(guī)律性并非完全對(duì)立,而是矛盾的統(tǒng)一體,因?yàn)槭龆徽摬坏扔跊](méi)有觀點(diǎn),述而不論同樣可以揭示規(guī)律。在編纂實(shí)踐中,也可以通過(guò)特色內(nèi)容綱目升格設(shè)置、充分利用三級(jí)概述特點(diǎn)、精選材料合理取舍、寫(xiě)作技巧加強(qiáng)記述深度等途徑,來(lái)達(dá)到既遵循述而不論的原則,又能發(fā)掘志書(shū)資料的潛在價(jià)值,較好地"寓觀點(diǎn)于記述之中"。但在追求揭示規(guī)律的時(shí)候,要盡力避免編纂者個(gè)體的主觀色彩和編纂者隨機(jī)、無(wú)度的評(píng)議。

In the practice of compiling, we can also make full use of the three-level outline characteristics, select and choose the selected materials, strengthen the depth of description, and so on, so as to achieve the principle of following the principle of narration but no matter what it is. However, in the pursuit of revealing laws, we should try our best to avoid the subjective color of the compilers and the random and unlimited comments of the compilers.
