【摘要】：新時(shí)期人民政府地方志部門與高校在新志編纂、舊志整理、資源共享、人才培養(yǎng)、學(xué)科建設(shè)、資治輔政、社會(huì)服務(wù)等方面有互動(dòng)合作共贏關(guān)系。這種互動(dòng)合作,特別是新時(shí)期修志對(duì)高校人才資源、信息資源、智力資源的利用,新時(shí)期資政服務(wù)與高校的橫向合作,以及共建社會(huì)實(shí)踐基地等,是提高志書的資料性與學(xué)術(shù)性,有效開發(fā)利用志書資源,進(jìn)一步拓展地方志部門的資政服務(wù)空間和公共服務(wù)領(lǐng)域的重要舉措。
[Abstract]:In the new period, the local records department of the people's government of the people's government and colleges and universities have interactive cooperation and win-win relationship in compiling new records, collating old records, sharing resources, cultivating talents, building disciplines, managing auxiliary administration with capital, and social service. This kind of interactive cooperation, especially the utilization of talent resources, information resources and intellectual resources in colleges and universities in the new era, the horizontal cooperation between the administrative services and universities in the new period, and the joint construction of social practice bases, etc. It is an important measure to improve the information and academic character of the annals, to develop and utilize the resources of the chronicles effectively, and to further expand the administrative service space and the public service field of the local chronicles department.
