【摘要】：本文主要探討1927—1937年間上海地區(qū)的女性犯罪問題。 首先，通過對這一時段上海女性概況的分析，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，此時，上海女性職業(yè)日趨多元化、女性參加社會生活的領(lǐng)域也日益廣泛。女性在廣泛參與和溶入社會生活的同時也在影響和改變著當(dāng)時的上海社會，通過對當(dāng)時上海女性犯罪問題的分析，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，盡管女性犯罪的絕對數(shù)量并不是很高，但就總體發(fā)展趨勢而言，在某些領(lǐng)域女性犯罪則呈不斷上升的態(tài)勢，并且益嚴(yán)重化、多元化。這表明女性犯罪問題在民國時期(1927-1937)的上海已經(jīng)成為一種不可忽視的社會問題。 其次，本論文對當(dāng)時上海社會女性犯罪的主要種類進(jìn)行了分析。通過對史料的解讀，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，當(dāng)時上海社會的女性犯罪所涉及類型已經(jīng)十分廣泛，，從非暴力性質(zhì)的拐賣、詐騙等犯罪到暴力性質(zhì)的綁架殺人等犯罪都有女性的參與。從女性犯罪與社會的關(guān)系來看，有些犯罪看上去是反社會的，但同時它又是社會功能的產(chǎn)物，即不僅女性犯罪人本身而且受害者都是現(xiàn)存社會制度的產(chǎn)物。 最后，本論文從女性自身以及社會兩個角度對這一時期上海女性犯罪產(chǎn)生的原因與特點進(jìn)行了分析。通過分析，我們可以得出這樣的結(jié)論：民國時期(1927-1937年)上海社會的不穩(wěn)定協(xié)調(diào)以及社會問題與矛盾的日益增多是當(dāng)時女性犯罪的一個重要深層次原因。
[Abstract]:This article mainly discusses the female crime in Shanghai from 1927-1937. First of all, through the analysis of the situation of Shanghai women in this period, we find that, at this time, the occupation of women in Shanghai is becoming more and more diversified, and the fields in which women participate in social life are becoming more and more extensive. While women are extensively participating in and integrating into social life, they are also influencing and changing the Shanghai society at that time. Through the analysis of the crime problems of women in Shanghai at that time, we find that although the absolute number of female crimes is not very high, However, as far as the overall development trend is concerned, female crime in some fields is on the rise, and it is becoming more serious and diversified. This shows that female crime in the Republic of China in 1927-1937) Shanghai has become a social problem can not be ignored. Secondly, this paper analyzes the main types of female crime in Shanghai at that time. Through the interpretation of historical data, we find that the female crime in Shanghai at that time has been involved in a wide range of crimes, from non-violent trafficking, fraud and other crimes to violent crimes such as kidnapping and homicide have female participation. From the perspective of the relationship between female crime and society, some crimes seem antisocial, but at the same time it is the product of social function, that is, not only the female offenders themselves but also the victims are the products of the existing social system. Finally, this paper analyzes the causes and characteristics of female crime in Shanghai in this period from the perspective of women themselves and society. Through analysis, we can draw such a conclusion: the unstable coordination of Shanghai society and the increasing number of social problems and contradictions during the period of the Republic of China (1927-1937) is an important and deep-seated reason for the female crime at that time.
