【摘要】：本文以民俗文化為研究對(duì)象,科學(xué)地探討了新時(shí)期背景下的民俗文化傳承與發(fā)展的理論意義及現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,在借鑒農(nóng)村民俗文化研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,以隴南地區(qū)農(nóng)村民俗文化建設(shè)的發(fā)展實(shí)踐為主要依據(jù),深入分析了隴南地區(qū)農(nóng)村民俗文化傳承與發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題及原因,探討了搞好隴南地區(qū)農(nóng)村民俗文化建設(shè)的對(duì)策與建議。具體來講,研究內(nèi)容和主要結(jié)論如下:首先緒論,第一,對(duì)農(nóng)村文化傳承與發(fā)展的背景與意義進(jìn)行研究并敘述分析;第二,對(duì)國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)梳理,為進(jìn)一步研究打下基礎(chǔ);第三,闡述本課題的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)及不足和研究方法。其次農(nóng)村文化和民俗文化的理論基礎(chǔ),在這一部分首先對(duì)民俗文化的含義、內(nèi)容、分類和特征進(jìn)行了闡述,接著分析了農(nóng)村文化的內(nèi)涵與作用,最后指出民俗文化不同于農(nóng)村文化和相通于農(nóng)村文化部分。再次分析研究隴南地區(qū)農(nóng)村民俗文化建設(shè)狀況,主要通過調(diào)查所得信息來分析其特點(diǎn)和形成原因,并研究分析了農(nóng)村民俗文化對(duì)農(nóng)村的改善作用,從而為第四章節(jié)的寫作提供實(shí)例資料支持。針對(duì)隴南地區(qū)民俗文化傳承與發(fā)展中遇到的問題進(jìn)行研究,并找出導(dǎo)致此問題的原因,對(duì)這些問題及原因進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析和論述。最后對(duì)隴南地區(qū)農(nóng)村民俗文化傳承與發(fā)展提出對(duì)策建議,根據(jù)當(dāng)前黨和國家的政策方針,再結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)貙?shí)際情況提出可行性策略。作為社會(huì)主義農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)中最為活躍的一個(gè)組成部分,農(nóng)村民俗文化不僅可以豐富農(nóng)民的精神文化需求,還可以拉動(dòng)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長,對(duì)社會(huì)主義農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)起到非常重要的作用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the folk culture as the research object, scientifically discusses the theoretical value of the inheritance and development of folk culture in the new era under the background and practical significance, on the basis of rural folk culture research results on the development of the rural folk culture construction practice in Longnan area as the main basis, in-depth analysis of the current situation of Longnan rural folk cultural heritage with the development of the existing problems and the reasons, discusses the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the construction of rural folk culture in Longnan area. Specifically, the research contents and main conclusions are as follows: first, introduction, first, research background and meaning of the inheritance and development of rural culture and narrative analysis; second, the current situation at home and abroad systematically and lay the foundation for further study; third, it describes the project's innovation and deficiencies and research methods. Then the theoretical basis of rural culture and folk culture, In the first part of the folk culture of the meaning, content, classification and characteristics are expounded, and then analyzes the connotation and function of rural culture, finally pointed out that the folk culture is different from the rural culture and rural culture. Once again communicated to the analysis of the rural folk culture of Longnan area, mainly through the survey information analysis the characteristics and causes of formation, and analyzed the effect of rural folk culture in rural areas, so as to provide data support for example writing. Chapter fourth carries on research to meet the inheritance and development of folk culture in Longnan area, and to find out the causes of this problem, carried out a detailed analysis and Discussion on these problems and reasons finally put forward the suggestions on the Longnan rural folk culture heritage and development, according to the party and the country's current policy, combined with the actual situation when Condition to propose the feasible strategies. As the most active part in the socialist cultural construction in rural areas, rural folk culture can not only enrich the spiritual and cultural needs of farmers, can also pull the rapid growth of rural economy, is very important for the rural cultural construction of socialism.
