【摘要】：西班牙人于1626年進占臺灣建立基地,接著擴張統(tǒng)治到淡水,不及十年,遭到淡水原住民強力反抗,淡水城堡在1636年一次夜襲中被毀,西班牙人被迫撤離,退守雞籠。1636年淡水原住民大敗西班牙人可能是17世紀臺灣原住民反抗外國殖民勢力最大的一次勝利,是歷史上的重大事件。淡水原住民以原始武器激烈反抗西班牙殖民統(tǒng)治的原因是,西班牙人收到的大米補給遠低于需求量,而且現(xiàn)金不足,糧食來源不繼,唯有不斷地向原住民需索存量不多的糧食,導致原住民不滿。加以兩個族群間的文化差異太大,淡水居民沒有如西班牙人期望的成為虔誠的天主教徒,即使神父慈愛和關懷也沒有能夠化解淡水原住民長期累積的怨怒。最后原住民聯(lián)合起來反抗殖民統(tǒng)治,贏得勝利。由于原住民沒有留下任何文字記錄可以參考,我們只能從以西班牙文件為主的歷史數據中,從殖民者的眼光揣測原住民的立場和想法,是一個很大的遺憾。
[Abstract]:The Spaniards set up a base in Taiwan in 1626, and then expanded to fresh water for less than a decade. They were strongly resisted by the freshwater aborigines, whose castles were destroyed in a night attack in 1636, and the Spaniards were forced to evacuate. Retreat from chicken cages. In 1636, the great defeat of the Freshwater Aborigines, the Spaniards, may have been the greatest victory of Taiwan's aborigines against foreign colonial forces in 17th century. The reason why freshwater aborigines fought Spanish colonial rule with primitive weapons was that the Spaniards received far less rice supplies than they needed, that they were short of cash and that they were unable to feed themselves. Only by constantly demanding a small amount of food from the aborigines, the aborigines were dissatisfied. The cultural differences between the two ethnic groups were too great, and the fresh water residents did not become devout Catholics as the Spanish expected them to be. Even the priest's love and concern did not resolve the long-accumulated resentment of the freshwater aborigines. In the end, the aborigines United against colonial rule to win victory. Since the aborigines left no written records to refer to. It is a great pity that we can only speculate on the position and ideas of the aborigines from the perspective of the colonists from the historical data based on Spanish documents.
