【摘要】：湘鄉(xiāng)城建置于東漢初年,位于湖南省中部,在歷史上經(jīng)濟基礎(chǔ)較好,然而城市建設(shè)較為緩慢。新中國成立以后,湘鄉(xiāng)城城市建設(shè)快速發(fā)展,逐步向現(xiàn)代化城市邁進。湘鄉(xiāng)是長株潭經(jīng)濟圈的重要實體,工農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)較好,近年來湘鄉(xiāng)的城市建設(shè)發(fā)展較快,現(xiàn)有城區(qū)面積20平方公里,是湖南省城市化水平較高的中小城市之一。2015年,湘鄉(xiāng)市成為為湖南省省直管縣經(jīng)濟體制改革試點單位之一,這為湘鄉(xiāng)市的發(fā)展提供了很好的機遇�；诖�,本課題對湘鄉(xiāng)城變遷進行研究,一方面梳理湘鄉(xiāng)城的發(fā)展軌跡,幫助人們了解湘鄉(xiāng)城的歷史和現(xiàn)狀;另一方面總結(jié)經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn),為湘鄉(xiāng)城的發(fā)展提供借鑒和參考。湘鄉(xiāng)地區(qū)氣候、水文、地形等均較為優(yōu)越,為湘鄉(xiāng)早期農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展的提供了良好的自然條件,這是湘鄉(xiāng)城建立的基礎(chǔ)。遠古時期,先民們就在此繁衍、生息,本地的原始居民較為復(fù)雜,主要是楚、越等民族。為了加強對這里的管理,東漢政府設(shè)置了湘鄉(xiāng)縣。湘鄉(xiāng)城就在這里建立和發(fā)展起來了。此后,移民湘鄉(xiāng)的人口很多,他們共同勞動,相互交流,逐漸形成了湘鄉(xiāng)獨特的風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣和語言文化。湘鄉(xiāng)城至今已有一千多年歷史。從宋代開始,湘鄉(xiāng)城的發(fā)展逐步加快。明代中期,湘鄉(xiāng)城初具規(guī)模。隨著農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展,人口不斷增加,手工業(yè)、商業(yè)、文化教育等發(fā)展起來,城市規(guī)模不斷擴大,形成了“三街九巷十八弄”的格局。湘鄉(xiāng)的近代化起步較晚,發(fā)展緩慢。民國時期,政局動蕩,湘鄉(xiāng)城的城市建設(shè)一直很落后。新中國成立以后,湘鄉(xiāng)城的發(fā)展進入新階段,城區(qū)面積不斷擴大。特別是本世紀以來,湘鄉(xiāng)的城市化速度加快,基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)漸趨完備。但是,城市建設(shè)也面臨很多問題,如生態(tài)環(huán)境惡化、老城區(qū)改造難、城市文化缺失等。如何突破城市發(fā)展的瓶頸,關(guān)鍵在于能否制定和執(zhí)行科學(xué)、合理的城市規(guī)劃方案。筆者認為,湘鄉(xiāng)城的發(fā)展應(yīng)該處理好城市建設(shè)與舊城保護的關(guān)系,保護生態(tài)環(huán)境,提升城市文化品味,發(fā)展旅游業(yè),走“經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,文化繁榮,社會文明,生態(tài)良好”的城市發(fā)展之路。
[Abstract]:Xiangxiang urban construction was located in the early years of the Eastern Han Dynasty, located in the middle of Hunan Province, with a good economic base in history, but the urban construction was relatively slow. After the founding of New China, Xiangxiang urban construction developed rapidly. Xiangxiang is an important entity in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan economic circle, and its industrial and agricultural foundation is relatively good. In recent years, Xiangxiang's urban construction has developed rapidly, with an existing urban area of 20 square kilometers. In 2015, Xiangxiang became one of the pilot units of economic system reform in Hunan Province, which provided a good opportunity for the development of Xiangxiang. This topic carries on the research to the Xiangxiang city vicissitude, on the one hand combs the Xiangxiang city development track, helps the people to understand the Xiangxiang city history and the present situation; on the other hand, summarizes the experience lesson, provides the reference and the reference for the Xiangxiang city development. The hydrology and topography were superior, which provided good natural conditions for the development of early agriculture in Xiangxiang, which was the foundation for the establishment of Xiangxiang. In ancient times, the ancestors were here to multiply and live, and the native inhabitants were more complicated. Mainly Chu, Vietnam and other nationalities. In order to strengthen the management of this area, the Eastern Han government set up Xiangxiang County, where the Xiangxiang City was established and developed. Since then, the population of Xiangxiang has been large and they have worked together and exchanged with each other. Gradually formed the unique customs, customs and language culture of Xiangxiang. Xiangxiang has a history of more than 1,000 years. Since the Song Dynasty, the development of Xiangxiang has been gradually accelerated. In the middle of Ming Dynasty, Xiangxiang has taken shape in scale. With the development of agriculture, With the continuous increase of population, the development of handicraft industry, commerce, culture and education, and the constant expansion of the city scale, the pattern of "three streets and nine lanes 18" has been formed. The modernization of Xiangxiang started relatively late and developed slowly. During the period of the Republic of China, the political situation was turbulent. Since the founding of new China, the development of Xiangxiang cities has entered a new stage, and the area of urban areas has been continuously expanding. Especially since this century, the speed of urbanization in Xiangxiang has accelerated and the basic construction has gradually become more and more complete. However, Urban construction also faces many problems, such as the deterioration of ecological environment, the difficulty of urban reconstruction, the lack of urban culture, etc. The key to break through the bottleneck of urban development lies in whether scientific and reasonable urban planning schemes can be formulated and implemented. The development of Xiangxiang city should deal well with the relationship between urban construction and old city protection, protect ecological environment, promote urban cultural taste, develop tourism, and take the road of "economic development, cultural prosperity, social civilization and good ecology".
