【摘要】：自古以來,魯北就是海鹽主要生產區(qū)域。元代初期官府設置益都課稅所管理山東海鹽,后改立山東轉運司。元代山東設19所鹽場,壽光官臺場為其中之一;官臺場明清沿襲其場區(qū)規(guī)模并有所擴大,是古代北方最早使用鹽引的海鹽產區(qū),鹽產量位居前列。官臺鹽場雖歷經變遷,但仍在山東各鹽場中占據重要地位,反映了元、明、清三代魯北濰坊壽光鹽業(yè)的發(fā)達。
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, is the main production area. Sea salt in the early Yuan Dynasty government set Yidu taxation Shandong Haiyan administration, after the Shandong transport department. Set up 19 yuan Shandong saltworks, Shouguang Taiwan was one field officer; officer Taiwan field of Ming and Qing Dynasties followed the field scale and expanded, is the earliest use of the ancient northern salt cited the sea salt area, salt production in the forefront. The official Taiwan Salt although after the change, but still in Shandong saltworks occupy an important position, reflects the yuan, Ming and Qing three generations of Shandong Shouguang in Weifang salt industry developed.
