【摘要】：鴉片戰(zhàn)爭前,天主教在中國傳播過程中所發(fā)生的教 案,自雍正禁教開始,歷經(jīng)乾隆、嘉慶、道光朝,共計(jì) 百余年,史稱“百年禁教”。福建地區(qū)發(fā)生的教案,在“百 年禁教”的歷史中有著深遠(yuǎn)的影響,是“百年禁教”肇 始之地,也是對(duì)傳教士進(jìn)行嚴(yán)懲的首發(fā)之地。 本文根據(jù)新近出版的故宮檔案資料以及一些相關(guān)的 外文資料,客觀、詳實(shí)地闡述了福建地區(qū)天主教在“百 年禁教”中以秘密途徑傳播和發(fā)展的歷史,并從多角度 的視野,分析了雍、乾、嘉、道、四朝教案發(fā)生的深層 原因,從而勾勒出福建地區(qū)“百年禁教”歷史的本來面 目。
