【摘要】：近代是湖南人口發(fā)展的重要階段，隨著湘軍的崛起，湖南已成為全國舉足輕重的大省。湖南本身的發(fā)展也與人口有關。然關于近代湖南人口變遷這一重大區(qū)域性課題，尚無專文論及。鑒于此，本文即擬對其作一系統考察，以期從人口的變遷來反映近代湖南社會的變遷。本文共分為三個部分： 第一部分：探討近代湖南人口的數量及分布。文章認為，近代湖南人口數據較少或混亂，不能真實反映湖南人口的數量。鑒于此，文章對近代湖南人口統計機構進行了考察，并對這一時期湖南人口數據進行了評價。 第二部分：闡述近代湖南人口的演變過程。文章認為：晚清時湖南受太平天國戰(zhàn)爭的影響，人口減少，戰(zhàn)后隨著移民的介入、流民的回歸及相對和平的環(huán)境，人口逐漸恢復；民國時期，由于現代醫(yī)療與公共衛(wèi)生體系及現代救災和救濟體系的建立，降低了湖南人口的死亡率，伴隨著流行病的轉變，，湖南開始了人口轉變，使得湖南人口在戰(zhàn)亂中依然保持較高的增長率。 第三部分：論述近代湖南人口變遷與社會變遷的關系。文章認為，近代湖南人口的增長與社會變遷之間的相互關系表現為一種沖突。人口增長過速導致社會動蕩不安、溺嬰、農村經濟的衰敗。人口壓力導致的這些沖突成為近代湖南社會解體的直接或間接原因。
[Abstract]:In modern times , Hunan has become an important part of the development of Hunan population . With the rise of Xiang Jun , Hunan has become the most important province in the whole country . The development of Hunan itself is also related to the population . In view of this , this article intends to make a systematic study on this important regional subject , with a view to reflecting the change of modern Hunan society from the change of population . In the first part , the quantity and distribution of the population in Hunan are discussed . In this paper , the population data in Hunan is little or chaotic , which can ' t reflect the population quantity in Hunan . In view of this , the article makes a survey of the modern Hunan population statistics institution and evaluates the population data of Hunan in this period . The second part : expounds the process of the evolution of Hunan population in modern times . In the late Qing Dynasty , Hunan was affected by the war of Taiping Heavenly Kingdom , the population decreased , after the war , with the intervention of the immigrants , the return of the people and the environment of relative peace , the population was gradually restored ; during the period of the Republic of China , due to the establishment of the modern medical and public health system and the modern disaster relief and relief system , the mortality rate of the Hunan population was reduced . With the transformation of the epidemic disease , Hunan began the demographic transition , so that the Hunan population still maintained a higher growth rate in the war . Part three : The relationship between population change and social change in modern Hunan is discussed . The relationship between population growth and social change in modern Hunan is regarded as a kind of conflict . Population growth has caused social unrest , drowning and decline of rural economy . These conflicts have become the direct or indirect cause of social disintegration in modern Hunan .
