【摘要】： 清末民國(guó)時(shí)期的四川農(nóng)業(yè)地理是學(xué)術(shù)界研究的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。本文從四川省情出發(fā)，以學(xué)術(shù)界很少注意的近代四川山貨研究為切入點(diǎn)，力求全面真實(shí)地反映近代以來(lái)四川商品經(jīng)濟(jì)浪潮下的山區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)況。文章指出四川是我國(guó)山貨的主產(chǎn)區(qū)，山貨經(jīng)濟(jì)在近代四川經(jīng)濟(jì)中占重要地位。重點(diǎn)闡述了山貨開(kāi)發(fā)對(duì)近代四川農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化和農(nóng)民生活變遷的影響，并指出了山貨開(kāi)發(fā)的教訓(xùn)和現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示。 全文分前言、正文和結(jié)語(yǔ)等三部分。 在前言中，筆者對(duì)“山貨”的概念作了界定，認(rèn)為山貨指流通于市場(chǎng)的山區(qū)特產(chǎn)，即包括經(jīng)濟(jì)林和野生動(dòng)物在內(nèi)的山區(qū)林副產(chǎn)品。并從學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義兩方面說(shuō)明了論文的選題緣由。 正文分二部分，闡述了如下問(wèn)題： 第一部分闡述近代四川山貨產(chǎn)地、市場(chǎng)分布等概況。在回顧古代四川山貨開(kāi)發(fā)的基礎(chǔ)上，分三個(gè)階段論述了近代四川山貨開(kāi)發(fā)的特色。文章分析了近代四川山貨開(kāi)發(fā)存在的主要問(wèn)題是商品率低下，其原因在于主、客觀等消極因素的影響。 第二部分闡述山貨在四川經(jīng)濟(jì)的地位及山貨開(kāi)發(fā)的影響。文章認(rèn)為近代四川的經(jīng)濟(jì)是山貨經(jīng)濟(jì)，山貨在四川經(jīng)濟(jì)中占重要地位。山貨的開(kāi)發(fā)階段與農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化過(guò)程相適應(yīng)，也與農(nóng)民生活的變遷相關(guān)聯(lián)。清末民初是四川山貨開(kāi)發(fā)的高峰，是農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)最優(yōu)的時(shí)期，因而該時(shí)期四川農(nóng)民的生活是富裕的。民國(guó)后期脫離四川“省情”的糧農(nóng)墾殖，，導(dǎo)致山貨業(yè)衰落和生態(tài)惡化。山貨開(kāi)發(fā)對(duì)環(huán)境有負(fù)面影響，因而山貨開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中要處理好開(kāi)發(fā)與保護(hù)的關(guān)系。 最后作者建議：調(diào)整農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，把發(fā)展山貨經(jīng)濟(jì)放在發(fā)展四川農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的首位，是山區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)脫貧致富的重要途徑；因地制宜處理好生態(tài)林與經(jīng)濟(jì)林的關(guān)系是實(shí)現(xiàn)山區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Sichuan agricultural geography in Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China is a weak link in academic research. Based on the conditions of Sichuan Province, the academic circles paid little attention to the study of the special mountain products in Sichuan as the starting point, and strive to reflect the modern commodity economy in Sichuan under the tide of the real situation. The article points out that the development of mountain areas in Sichuan is China's products producing area. The special economy occupies an important place in the modern Sichuan economy. Focuses on the development of special in modern Sichuan agricultural structure change and farmers' life changes, and pointed out that the development of special lessons and enlightenment.
The full text is divided into three parts: the preface, the text and the conclusion.
In the preface, the concept of "goods" are defined, that refers to the goods in circulation in the market of products in the mountains, including economic forest and wild animal, mountain forest products. And from the two aspects of the academic value and the practical significance explains the reasons of choosing the topic.
The text is divided into two parts, and the following questions are expounded:
The first part introduces the origin of the special mountain products in Sichuan, the market distribution. Based on a review of the ancient Sichuan mountain development, three stages discusses modern Sichuan development of special characteristics. The paper analyses the main problems of the development of the special mountain products in Sichuan is the commodity rate is low, the reason is that the main objective, and other negative factors.
The second part discusses the impact on Sichuan's economic status and sundries sundries development. The modern Sichuan economy is goods economy, goods occupies an important position in Sichuan's economy. The development stage products and agricultural structure changes to adapt to the changes and also the life of the peasants association. At the end of the Qing Dynasty is the peak of Sichuan mountain development. The agricultural structure is the optimal period, the period of the life of peasants in Sichuan is rich. In the late Republic of China from Sichuan province "agriculture reclamation, lead industry decline and deterioration of ecological environment. From the development of the special mountain products have a negative impact on the environment, so the development of special process to deal with the relationship between development and protection.
Finally, the author suggests that the adjustment of agricultural structure, the development of goods economy on the development of Sichuan rural economy in the first place, is an important way to mountain economic poverty; to deal with the relationship between ecological forest and economic forest is the key to realize sustainable development in mountain area.
