【摘要】：社會控制是指社會維護本身正常運行的機制與功能,它是社會正常運行的必要保障。近代湖南社會在半殖民地半封建社會的大環(huán)境下,和全國各省一樣飽受內(nèi)憂外患,社會出現(xiàn)前所未有的動蕩局面。在這種極度復雜的社會狀況下,社會控制的作用得到了最為淋漓盡致的表現(xiàn),同時由于時代的變化,社會控制作為社會功能的一部分也在社會變遷的過程中發(fā)生了變化。雖然近代湖南社會控制作用比較突出,但作為一個區(qū)域性的研究課題還沒有得到系統(tǒng)的整理。本文是在關注當今社會的基礎上把視線放遠,投向對當今社會有借鑒意義的近代社會,以圖從社會控制這個角度來理解近代湖南社會的發(fā)展規(guī)律,加深對當今社會的認識。 本文共分七個部分: 引言部分:闡述選題依據(jù)、研究動態(tài)、主要創(chuàng)新觀點及不足。 第二部分:闡述社會控制的概念、內(nèi)涵并對近代以前湖南傳統(tǒng)的社會控制模式進行了簡要的分析。 第三部分:分四個時期來考察近代湖南社會控制的狀況及其變化過程。一是因襲傳統(tǒng)社會控制階段(1840年——1851年);二是傳統(tǒng)社會控制在近代社會的改變階段(1851年——1895年);三是近代社會控制興起和初步發(fā)展階段(1895年——1911年);四是各種社會控制手段綜合運用階段(1911——1949年)。 第四部分:探討近代湖南社會控制變化的原因。具體從五個方面進行論述:一是湖南的地理特征及傳統(tǒng)的湖南政權建置;二是團練、湘軍的興起,促使紳權膨脹;三是維新運動中最活躍的省份;四是天災頻仍,人禍突出,流民問題嚴重;五是湖湘文化傳統(tǒng)和湘人頗具特
[Abstract]:Social control refers to the mechanism and function of maintaining the normal operation of the society itself, which is the necessary guarantee for the normal operation of the society. Modern Hunan society is in the great environment of semi-colonial and semi-feudal society. The same as the whole country provinces suffered from internal and external troubles, the society appeared unprecedented turbulence. In this extremely complex social situation, the role of social control has been the most incisive performance. At the same time, due to the changes of the times, social control as a part of the social function has also changed in the process of social change, although the role of social control in modern Hunan is more prominent. However, as a regional research topic has not been systematically collated. This article is focused on the basis of today's society on the basis of far away, to the modern society with reference to the current society. In order to understand the development law of modern Hunan society from the angle of social control, to deepen the understanding of modern society. This paper is divided into seven parts: Introduction: explain the basis of the topic, research trends, the main innovative ideas and shortcomings. The second part expounds the concept and connotation of social control and briefly analyzes the traditional social control mode in Hunan before modern times. The third part is divided into four periods to investigate the social control situation and its changing process in modern Hunan. One is the traditional social control stage (1840-1851); Second, the changing stage of traditional social control in modern society (1851-1895); Third, the rise and initial development stage of modern social control (1895-1911); Fourth, various social control means comprehensive application stage 1911-1949. Part 4th: discuss the reasons of the change of social control in modern Hunan. Discuss it from five aspects: first, the geographical characteristics of Hunan and the establishment of the traditional Hunan regime; Second, the formation of the regiment and the rise of the Hunan army promoted the expansion of the power of the gentry; Third, the most active provinces in the reform movement; Fourth, natural disasters are frequent, man-made disasters are prominent, and the problem of displaced people is serious; Fifth, Hunan culture tradition and Hunan people are very special.
