【摘要】：文化是人類在精神和物質方面所創(chuàng)造的一切優(yōu)秀的東西。[1]1640年衛(wèi)拉特、喀爾喀蒙古王公會議上制定的《蒙古—衛(wèi)拉特大法典》（以下簡稱《大法典》）是一部具有濃厚游牧文化特色的法律典籍�！洞蠓ǖ洹酚涊d了17世紀漠西、漠北蒙古社會及其周邊國家和地區(qū)的政治、法律、經濟、文化、習俗等方面的情況，為當時衛(wèi)拉特社會的縮影。 本文取《大法典》若干詞語為研究對象，節(jié)選詞語所在條目，對條目內容分析，運用相關蒙漢史料及法律文獻例證，同時借鑒口述史學、文化人類學、法學的方法解釋詞語所包含的民族文化，，認知17世紀衛(wèi)拉特蒙古政治、文化、民俗等方面的狀況。通過與同時期其他民族封建法典的比較，分析異同，力求客觀真實展現(xiàn)衛(wèi)拉特蒙古族的法律文化、民族個性，進而加深對衛(wèi)拉特蒙古歷史文化的認知。
[Abstract]:Culture is created in the spiritual and material aspects of all good things.[1]1640 Weilate, making kamika Mongolia meeting the Mongolia Oirad code < big > (hereinafter referred to as the "big code >) is a strong nomadic cultural characteristics of laws. Law records the seventeenth Century code > desert West. With Mongolia society and its neighboring countries and regions of the political, legal, economic, cultural, customs and other aspects of the situation, as a microcosm of Weilate society.
The large number of words < code > as the research object, the analysis of the word excerpt entries, entries, related to the use of Mongolian historical materials and legal documents and reference examples, oral history, cultural anthropology, law interpretation method of words contained in the national culture, cultural awareness, seventeenth Century Weilate Mongolia politics, folklore and other aspects of the condition. By comparing with other national feudal code analysis of similarities and differences, legal culture, and strive to objectively show Weilate Mongolian national character, and deepen our understanding of the Weilate Mongolia historical and cultural awareness.
