【摘要】：九一八事變爆發(fā)后,中國(guó)將此事訴諸國(guó)際社會(huì),希望國(guó)際聯(lián)盟伸張正義,結(jié)果是國(guó)際聯(lián)盟決定組建調(diào)查團(tuán),赴遠(yuǎn)東調(diào)查中日沖突。一般研究將調(diào)查團(tuán)置于九一八事變后的敘述框架內(nèi),強(qiáng)調(diào)調(diào)查過(guò)程和調(diào)查報(bào)告書,對(duì)調(diào)查團(tuán)的產(chǎn)生過(guò)程缺乏整體研究。在國(guó)聯(lián)調(diào)查團(tuán)產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題上,中國(guó)不僅與日本在國(guó)聯(lián)進(jìn)行了長(zhǎng)達(dá)三個(gè)月的論爭(zhēng),而且強(qiáng)烈呼吁英美等國(guó)支持組建調(diào)查團(tuán),各國(guó)之間的交鋒異常頻繁。以國(guó)聯(lián)行政院第65屆常會(huì)的三個(gè)階段為時(shí)間線索,以中日圍繞是否派遣調(diào)查團(tuán)的辯論為敘述脈絡(luò),系統(tǒng)呈現(xiàn)國(guó)聯(lián)調(diào)查團(tuán)的產(chǎn)生過(guò)程,可以凸顯中日沖突的"國(guó)際性"和國(guó)聯(lián)調(diào)查團(tuán)的"主體性"。
[Abstract]:After the September 18th incident, China referred the matter to the international community in the hope that the League of Nations would do justice. As a result, the League of Nations decided to set up a fact-finding mission to investigate the Sino-Japanese conflict in the far East. The general study puts the fact-finding mission within the framework of the narration after the September 18 incident, emphasizes the investigation process and investigation report, and lacks the overall study of the formation process of the investigation mission. On the issues arising from the League of Nations fact-finding mission, China has not only held a three-month debate with Japan in the League of Nations, but also strongly called on Britain and the United States to support the formation of the fact-finding mission, and exchanges between countries have been extremely frequent. Taking the three stages of the 65th ordinary session of the Executive Yuan of the League of Nations as the time clue, and taking the debate between China and Japan around whether or not to send the fact-finding mission as the narrative context, this paper systematically presents the emergence process of the League of Nations fact-finding mission, which can highlight the "international" of the Sino-Japanese conflict and the "subjectivity" of the
