【摘要】：從1944年8月新四軍四師西進(jìn)始,到1945年10月淮北二分區(qū)調(diào)整為華中八分區(qū)的一年多時(shí)間中,淮北二分區(qū)開展了減租減息運(yùn)動(dòng)�；幢倍謪^(qū)減租減息運(yùn)動(dòng)大致可分為兩階段:第一階段,從1944年8月到1945年5月是據(jù)點(diǎn)式減租減息階段。第二階段,從1945年6月到10月是較普遍減租減息階段。對(duì)抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期淮北二分區(qū)減租減息運(yùn)動(dòng)的考察,可見中共減租減息政策提出和執(zhí)行并不完全同步,而存在時(shí)間差。佃戶在減租減息運(yùn)動(dòng)中是否積極,最重要的制約因素不是其認(rèn)識(shí)問(wèn)題,而是中共力量是否強(qiáng)大及政權(quán)是否穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:From the beginning of the fourth Division of the New fourth Army in August 1944 to the adjustment of Huaibei second Division into Central China eighth Division in October 1945, Huaibei second Division carried out rent reduction and interest rate reduction campaign. The second district rent and interest reduction movement in Huaibei can be divided into two stages: the first stage, from August 1944 to May 1945, is the stronghold stage of rent and interest reduction. The second stage, from June to October 1945, is a more general stage of rent and interest reduction. The investigation of the movement of rent and interest reduction in the second division of Huaibei during the War of Resistance against Japan shows that the policy of rent reduction and interest reduction of the Communist Party of China is not completely synchronized, but there is a time difference. Whether tenants are active in the movement of rent and interest reduction is not the question of their understanding, but whether the power of the Communist Party of China is strong and the regime is stable.
