歷史的選擇——袁世凱就任“駐扎朝鮮總理交涉通商事宜”的原因探析

【摘要】:1885年10月,袁世凱受清政府之命,全面經(jīng)管朝鮮事務(wù),是歷史的選擇,合力的促成。既有自身特殊秉賦的顯現(xiàn),也有吳長(zhǎng)慶、李鴻章的鼎力舉薦;既有朝鮮國(guó)王的盛情邀請(qǐng),又有日本政治家的旁觀建言。身處非常之世的袁世凱,以其非常之才干,把握住了歷史的機(jī)遇,由此步入了晚清政治舞臺(tái)的中心地帶,揭開了其左右甚至是影響近代中國(guó)走向的歷史大幕。
[Abstract]:In October 1885, Yuan Shikai was ordered by the Qing government to manage Korean affairs in an all-round way, which was a historical choice and contributed by joint efforts. There are not only the appearance of their own special Fu, but also the strong recommendation of Wu Changqing and Li Hongzhang, as well as the warm invitation of the king of North Korea and the observation and advice of Japanese politicians. Yuan Shikai, who is in a very world, with his great talents, grasped the opportunity of history, thus entered the center of the political stage in the late Qing Dynasty, and opened the historical curtain that influenced the trend of modern China.
