【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)勝利以后,國民政府對棉紗布實(shí)行聯(lián)合配銷政策。上海第六區(qū)機(jī)器棉紡織同業(yè)公會在政府與會員之間發(fā)揮了比較重要的協(xié)調(diào)作用,一方面要傳達(dá)政府的價(jià)格限制指令,另一方面又要為行業(yè)爭取合法利益,如何找到二者的均衡點(diǎn),成為該同業(yè)公會重要的職責(zé)與功能。通過史料分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)在統(tǒng)制經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)期,同業(yè)公會并沒有喪失獨(dú)立性,在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會中仍然發(fā)揮著中間部門的協(xié)調(diào)作用。
[Abstract]:After the victory of the War of Resistance, the National Government implemented a joint distribution policy on cotton yarn. Shanghai Sixth District Machinery Cotton Textile Association plays an important role in coordinating between the government and its members. On the one hand, it is necessary to convey the government's price restriction order and, on the other hand, to seek the legitimate interests of the industry, how to find the balance of the two, becomes the important duties and functions of the trade union. Through historical analysis, it was found that the trade union did not lose independence during the period of governing economy, and still played a coordinating role in the middle sector in the economy and society.
