【摘要】：1931年九一八事變以后,國(guó)民政府東北盡失、華北不保、東南門戶大開、西南控制力不足,國(guó)內(nèi)開發(fā)西北的言論日益增多,一系列研究西北的團(tuán)體相繼成立。開發(fā)西北協(xié)會(huì)就是在此次浪潮中于1932年6月成立的一個(gè)研究西北的、影響較大的半官方性質(zhì)團(tuán)體,該協(xié)會(huì)由陳立夫、蕭錚等人發(fā)起,并邀請(qǐng)了眾多知名人士參加,可謂轟動(dòng)一時(shí)。《開發(fā)西北》刊登的大多為開發(fā)西北協(xié)會(huì)成員的作品。本文就《開發(fā)西北》中關(guān)于新疆交通狀況的記載、對(duì)新疆交通開發(fā)的認(rèn)識(shí)和規(guī)劃進(jìn)行研究,提出其對(duì)新疆交通開發(fā)有積極的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:After the September 18 incident in 1931, the northeast of the National Government was lost, North China was insecure, the southeast portal was wide open, the southwest was not enough to control, the speech of domestic development of northwest was increasing day by day, and a series of organizations studying northwest were set up one after another. The Development Northwest Association, which was founded in June 1932 to study the northwest, is a semi-official group with great influence. The association was initiated by Chen Lifu, Xiao Zheng and others, and invited many famous people to participate. It can be described as a blockbuster. Most of the works published in the Development Northwest Association are members of the Development Northwest Association. Based on the records of traffic conditions in Xinjiang in the Development of Northwest China, this paper studies the understanding and planning of traffic development in Xinjiang, and puts forward that it has positive reference significance for traffic development in Xinjiang.
