【摘要】：縱觀閻錫山的研究概況，國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者通過政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、思想、軍事等多個(gè)角度，，比較全面的研究和探討了閻錫山其人其事。但由于地域偏僻和資料匱乏，抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期閻錫山退守宜川秋林這一問題，并未廣泛引起史學(xué)家的重視，即使有所涉及也不夠深入。本文將對(duì)閻錫山退守宜川秋林作一詳細(xì)論述。閻錫山這一舉措不僅有利于自身的發(fā)展，保存了晉綏軍的實(shí)力，減輕了第二戰(zhàn)區(qū)的物資緊缺問題，而且客觀上推動(dòng)了宜川當(dāng)?shù)氐陌l(fā)展，對(duì)陜甘寧邊區(qū)的影響更是不可小覷。閻錫山防守在黃河西岸，與日軍沿黃河抗衡，抵制了日軍繼續(xù)向陜北侵略的步伐，間接保護(hù)了陜甘寧邊區(qū)政府。閻錫山支持第二戰(zhàn)區(qū)與陜甘寧邊區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)往來，緩解被蔣介石經(jīng)濟(jì)封鎖的邊區(qū)政府的經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)。閻錫山退守的宜川秋林與陜甘寧邊區(qū)政府所在地毗鄰，中共中央利用便利的地域優(yōu)勢(shì)，維護(hù)了山西抗日統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線。 本文主要分四部分：第一部分為分析部分，主要通過對(duì)閻錫山退守宜川秋林的背景和直接原因這兩方面進(jìn)行具體、詳細(xì)的分析。第二部分主要是闡述閻錫山駐守宜川所采取的一些舉措，包括經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化教育、軍事道路等內(nèi)容。第三部分主要通過秋林會(huì)議和“十二月事變”論述了閻錫山撤離宜川秋林的情況。本文的第四部分主要探討閻錫山退守宜川秋林的作用和影響，該部分主要從兩方面來論述，閻錫山率領(lǐng)第二戰(zhàn)區(qū)司令部和山西省政府等退守宜川秋林，不僅對(duì)陜西省宜川縣有重要的影響，而且更為重要的是對(duì)陜甘寧邊區(qū)以及抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的意義。
[Abstract]:Throughout the general situation of Yan Xishan's research, scholars at home and abroad have comprehensively studied and discussed Yan Xishan's affairs from many angles, such as politics, economy, thought, military and so on. However, due to the remoteness of the region and the lack of information, the withdrawal of Yan Xishan to Qiu Lin in Yichuan during the War of Resistance against Japan did not attract the attention of historians, even if it was involved, it was not deep enough. This paper will make a detailed discussion on Yan Xishan's retreat to Yichuan Qiu Lin. Yan Xishan's move is not only conducive to his own development, preserves the strength of the Jin-Sui army, reduces the shortage of materials in the second war zone, but also objectively promotes the local development of Yichuan, and the impact on the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border region should not be underestimated. Yan Xishan defends in the west bank of the Yellow River, competes with the Japanese troops along the Yellow River, boycotts the pace of the Japanese troops continuing to invade northern Shaanxi, and indirectly protects the government of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border region. Yan Xishan supported the economic exchanges between the second War Zone and the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border region and alleviated the economic crisis of the border region government blocked by Jiang Jieshi. Yan Xishan retired from Yichuan Qiu Lin and Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border region government adjacent, the CPC Central Committee made use of convenient regional advantages to maintain the Shanxi anti-Japanese United front. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the analysis part, mainly through the Yan Xishan retreat to Yichuan Qiu Lin background and direct causes of these two aspects of specific, detailed analysis. The second part mainly expounds some measures taken by Yan Xishan stationed in Yichuan, including economy, culture and education, military road and so on. The third part mainly discusses Yan Xishan's withdrawal from Yichuan Qiu Lin through Qiu Lin meeting and December incident. The fourth part of this paper mainly discusses the role and influence of Yan Xishan's retreat to Yichuan Qiu Lin. This part mainly discusses from two aspects. Yan Xishan led the second War Zone Command and Shanxi Provincial Government to Yichuan Yan Xishan, which not only has an important influence on Yichuan County, Shaanxi Province, but also is of great significance to the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border region and the Anti-Japanese National United Front.
