論抗戰(zhàn)初期中國共產(chǎn)黨建立鄂豫皖根據(jù)地的戰(zhàn)略設(shè)想

【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)之初,中國共產(chǎn)黨曾計(jì)劃重點(diǎn)經(jīng)營山西。太原失守后,由于客觀形勢(shì)的變化,中共對(duì)八路軍主力部隊(duì)的使用和抗戰(zhàn)根據(jù)地的建設(shè)重新籌劃,產(chǎn)生了建立鄂豫皖根據(jù)地的戰(zhàn)略設(shè)想。其基本內(nèi)容和要點(diǎn)是:將八路軍大部分主力部隊(duì)轉(zhuǎn)移至鄂豫皖,對(duì)其進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)經(jīng)營;在必要時(shí)將中共中央轉(zhuǎn)移至鄂豫皖;在鄂豫皖3省中重點(diǎn)經(jīng)營河南,以河南為中心發(fā)動(dòng)華中地區(qū)的游擊戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng);制定發(fā)展華中的方針推動(dòng)鄂豫皖根據(jù)地的建立。這一設(shè)想對(duì)中共及其領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的武裝力量在抗戰(zhàn)中發(fā)揮更加重要的作用有著不可低估的戰(zhàn)略意義,但由于抗戰(zhàn)的政治、軍事形勢(shì)沒有完全朝著中共預(yù)料的方向發(fā)展,最終沒能實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the War of Resistance against Japan, the Communist Party of China planned to focus on Shanxi. After the loss of Taiyuan, due to the changes of the objective situation, the CPC replanned the use of the main troops of the eighth Route Army and the construction of the base areas of the War of Resistance against Japan, resulting in the strategic assumption of establishing the base areas of Hubei, Henan and Anhui provinces. The basic contents and key points are as follows: transfer most of the main troops of the eighth Route Army to Hubei, Henan and Anhui provinces, carry on the key management to them, transfer the CPC Central Committee to Hubei, Henan and Anhui if necessary, and transfer most of the main troops of the eighth Route Army to Hubei, Henan and Anhui provinces. Henan is the key management in Hubei, Henan and Anhui provinces, and the guerrilla war in central China is waged with Henan as the center, and the policy of developing central China is formulated to promote the establishment of base areas in Hubei, Henan and Anhui provinces. This assumption is of great strategic significance for the CPC and its armed forces to play a more important role in the War of Resistance against Japan, but because of the politics of the War of Resistance against Japan, the military situation has not completely developed in the direction expected by the Communist Party of China, and has not finally been realized.
