【摘要】：正曹錕,北洋時期直系軍閥首領(lǐng)。1923年10月,這位直系的軍閥通過賄選收買議員,得到480票,按照當(dāng)時的選舉法,合法地成為"中華民國"第五任總統(tǒng),從而也上演了一幕民國時期的選舉鬧劇,把貌似莊嚴(yán)的總統(tǒng)選舉大大調(diào)侃了一番。北京市檔案館保存了《離京議員為過付大選賄款事致各銀行書》,這是當(dāng)時參加選舉的議員給新華銀行的一封公開信。信中的落款時間為"1923年9月25日",由
[Abstract]:Cao Kun, the leader of the direct warlords in the Beiyang period. In October 1923, the warlord, who bribed and bought members of Parliament, received 480 votes. According to the electoral law at that time, he legally became the fifth president of the "Republic of China." As a result, there was also an election farce during the Republic of China, which made a lot of fun of the seemingly solemn presidential election. The Beijing Archives kept an open letter from members of Parliament who took part in the election to Xinhua Bank in order to pay bribes for the election. The date of payment in the letter is "25 September 1923".
