【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)前江蘇省保甲制度推行過(guò)程中,因鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)保甲長(zhǎng)濫用權(quán)力,侵害民眾的生存利益,引發(fā)了民眾與鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)保甲長(zhǎng)之間不同程度的沖突。在反抗鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)保甲長(zhǎng)不法行為的過(guò)程中,民眾通過(guò)國(guó)家政權(quán)、士紳網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及鄉(xiāng)村倫理來(lái)向政治權(quán)力系統(tǒng)表達(dá)其利益訴求,一定程度上推動(dòng)著鄉(xiāng)村權(quán)力恢復(fù)平衡態(tài)勢(shì)。從根本上來(lái)看,國(guó)家與鄉(xiāng)村關(guān)系的近代轉(zhuǎn)型及其引發(fā)的張力,正是民眾與保甲長(zhǎng)不斷沖突的深層根源。同時(shí),民眾反抗又在相當(dāng)程度上影響著國(guó)家權(quán)力擴(kuò)張的限度與方式。在與鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)不斷調(diào)適的過(guò)程中,國(guó)家權(quán)力呈現(xiàn)出波浪式擴(kuò)張的圖景。
[Abstract]:In the process of carrying out the Baojia system in Jiangsu Province before the Anti-Japanese War, the abuse of the power of the village and township armour protectors infringed on the survival interests of the people, which led to the conflict of different degrees between the public and the township armour protector. In the process of resisting the long and illegal behavior of Baojia in villages and towns, people express their interests to the political power system through the state power, gentry network and rural ethics, which to a certain extent promote the balance of rural power restoration. Fundamentally, the modern transformation of the relationship between the country and the tension caused by it are the deep roots of the constant conflict between the people and Baojia. At the same time, the popular revolt also affects the limits and ways of the expansion of state power to a certain extent. In the process of continuous adjustment with the rural society, the state power presents a wave-like expansion of the picture.
