清末民初水路與保定經(jīng)濟發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:在現(xiàn)代交通出現(xiàn)以前,水路的開發(fā)利用程度是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要標志?v觀人類社會歷史,交通運輸始終作為重要的區(qū)位因素影響著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。本文從交通與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)同發(fā)展的角度,闡述了天津開埠后,水路與保定地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的問題。 保定地區(qū)的水路運輸,自古就很發(fā)達,具有悠久的歷史。歷代對水路的開發(fā)利用都非常重視,但是作為黃金通道,它的價值在天津開埠以后才真正體現(xiàn)出來。自從1860年天津天埠以后,天津與內(nèi)地的聯(lián)系越來越密切,水路運輸?shù)淖饔靡苍絹碓街匾?二十世紀初,伴隨著鐵路的出現(xiàn)和現(xiàn)代公路的產(chǎn)生,現(xiàn)代交通對傳統(tǒng)的水路運輸形成挑戰(zhàn),而在保定,水路運輸?shù)闹匾匚徊⑽窗l(fā)生改變,水路運輸在運輸市場中仍占主導地位。水路運輸?shù)姆睒s促進了城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。在農(nóng)村,大量工業(yè)品的流入和農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品的流出,使農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)結(jié)構和以前相比有了很大變化。為了適應市場需用,農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟作物的種植有所擴大,副業(yè)生產(chǎn)也有所發(fā)展,農(nóng)村商品經(jīng)濟和以前相比有很大不同。在城市,大量洋貨、土貨的輸入輸出帶來了商品貿(mào)易的興盛,商品經(jīng)濟的繁榮。 水路運輸溝通了城鄉(xiāng)之間的聯(lián)系,促進了城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,保定與周邊地區(qū)形成了區(qū)域性的市場網(wǎng)絡。
[Abstract]:Before the appearance of modern traffic, the degree of exploitation and utilization of waterways is an important symbol of economic development. Throughout the history of human society, transportation has always been an important regional factor affecting the development of regional economy. From the point of view of coordinated development of transportation and regional economy, this paper expounds the problems of economic development between waterway and Baoding area after the opening of Tianjin port. Baoding area of waterway transport, since ancient times very developed, with a long history. All previous dynasties attach great importance to the development and utilization of waterways, but as a golden channel, its value is truly reflected after the opening of Tianjin port. Since Tianjin Tianbu in 1860, Tianjin has become more and more closely connected with the mainland, and the role of waterway transportation has become more and more important. At the beginning of the twentieth century, with the emergence of railways and the emergence of modern roads, modern traffic posed a challenge to traditional waterway transport, but in Baoding, the important position of waterway transport did not change. Waterway transportation is still dominant in the transport market. The prosperity of waterway transportation promoted the development of urban and rural economy. In rural areas, the inflow of large quantities of industrial products and the outflow of agricultural by-products have greatly changed the structure of rural production compared with the previous ones. In order to meet the needs of the market, the planting of rural economic crops has been expanded, and the sideline production has also developed. The rural commodity economy is quite different from the previous ones. In the city, a large number of foreign goods, the input and output of local goods brought about the prosperity of commodity trade and the prosperity of commodity economy. Waterway transportation communicates the relationship between urban and rural areas, promotes the development of urban and rural economy, and forms a regional market network between Baoding and surrounding areas.
