國民政府在北塔山事件中的外交博弈

【摘要】：1947年6月,國民政府處理在新疆東北部發(fā)生的北塔山事件時,企圖利用這起普通的中蒙邊界糾紛事件,從外交上攻擊蘇聯(lián)和中共,轉(zhuǎn)移自己在內(nèi)戰(zhàn)中的困境。雖然國民政府最后在聯(lián)合國成功阻止了蒙古的入會申請,獲得外交上的表面勝利,卻惡化了中蘇關(guān)系。北塔山事件對國共、中蘇美蒙等各方產(chǎn)生了程度不同的影響。
[Abstract]:In June 1947, when the national government dealt with the Beitashan incident in northeastern Xinjiang, it tried to use this common Sino-Mongolian border dispute to attack the Soviet Union and the Chinese Communist Party from a diplomatic point of view and to transfer its predicament in the civil war. Although the national government finally succeeded in blocking Mongolia's membership application at the United Nations and won a diplomatic victory, it worsened Sino-Soviet relations. Beita Mountain incident on the KMT, China, the Soviet Union, the United States and Mongolia and other parties have had varying degrees of influence.
