【摘要】：1876年，蕪湖開埠通商，在蕪湖區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展乃至安徽全省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展史上，都是具有里程碑意義的大事。蕪湖自此向著近代化工商業(yè)城市邁進(jìn)，周邊鄉(xiāng)村社會的新陳代謝也在不斷進(jìn)行，從而引發(fā)了城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系由傳統(tǒng)向近代的轉(zhuǎn)型。近代化的工商業(yè)興起，城市經(jīng)濟(jì)逐漸發(fā)展起來。近代工商業(yè)的興盛使城市能夠提供更多的謀生機(jī)會，從而吸引農(nóng)民進(jìn)城謀生，城市人口急劇增長，從而引發(fā)了城市人口結(jié)構(gòu)的變化。經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人口的增多促使城市建設(shè)逐步完善，城市建設(shè)的進(jìn)步使城市更具魅力，也提高了城市居民的素質(zhì)。城市由單一功能的軍政型向以經(jīng)濟(jì)為主的多功能型轉(zhuǎn)變。城市通過等級市場向鄉(xiāng)村輻射，滲透新的經(jīng)濟(jì)因素。城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系加強(qiáng)與互動，城市對農(nóng)村的影響不斷加強(qiáng)，，同時，農(nóng)村對城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起到重要支持作用。隨著城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系的轉(zhuǎn)變，政府推行改造農(nóng)村的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、衛(wèi)生等方面措施，改良了農(nóng)村社會風(fēng)俗，農(nóng)村教育衛(wèi)生事業(yè)得到初步開展。近代城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系很大程度上是外來力量牽動的結(jié)果，其本身消除城鄉(xiāng)間對立關(guān)系的能力是極其微弱的，因而具有進(jìn)步意義城鄉(xiāng)間經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系得到日益加強(qiáng)的同時城鄉(xiāng)間的對立亦日趨加劇。
[Abstract]:In 1876, the opening of Wuhu port and trade was a milestone event in the economic development of Wuhu region and even in Anhui Province. Since then, Wuhu has moved towards modern industrial and commercial cities, and the metabolism of the surrounding rural society has also continued, which has led to the transformation of urban-rural relations from tradition to modern times. With the rise of modern industry and commerce, the urban economy has gradually developed. The prosperity of modern industry and commerce enabled the city to provide more opportunities for making a living, thus attracting farmers to enter the city to earn a living, and the population of the city increased sharply, which led to the change of the urban population structure. With the development of economy and the increase of population, the urban construction is gradually improved. The progress of the urban construction makes the city more attractive and improves the quality of the urban residents. The city changes from a single-function military-government type to an economy-based multi-function type. Cities radiate to the countryside through hierarchical markets, infiltrating new economic factors. The relationship between urban and rural economy is strengthened and the influence of the city on the rural area is strengthened. At the same time, the rural area plays an important role in supporting the development of the urban economy. With the transformation of the relationship between urban and rural areas, the government has carried out measures to reform the rural political, economic, cultural, health and other aspects, improved the rural social customs, rural education and health has been initially carried out. In modern times, the relationship between urban and rural areas was largely the result of the influence of external forces, and its ability to eliminate the antagonistic relationship between urban and rural areas was extremely weak. As a result, the economic links between urban and rural areas have been strengthened and the antagonism between urban and rural areas has also intensified day by day.
