建國初期成都妓女改造

【摘要】:在中國,妓女的存在早已有之。縱觀歷史可知,大多數(shù)妓女出身貧寒,因生活所迫或者被欺騙,最終走上了這條路。在漫長的中國封建社會中,妓女并沒有被嚴(yán)格禁止,特別在一些經(jīng)濟較為繁榮的都市,娼妓更盛。到了近代,娼妓業(yè)在日漸發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟與頻繁的戰(zhàn)亂中“頑強”地生存著,成都的娼妓業(yè)便是例證之一。解放前,成都存在為數(shù)不少的妓女,包括公娼、私娼、以及大量的游娼暗妓,她們以眾多的妓院、臺基、各色客棧和茶鋪等為依托,在大街小巷嬉笑拉扯,從事著皮肉生涯。娼妓的存在,嚴(yán)重影響社會風(fēng)氣,加之娼妓大都與黑惡勢力、賭博、毒品并存,造成極壞的社會影響,不利于社會的長治久安。因此,建國初期,為了鞏固國家政權(quán),更好地建設(shè)社會主義,黨和政府決議對娼妓實施取締,在中央政府的號召和帶領(lǐng)下,全國范圍內(nèi)展開了轟轟烈烈的封閉妓院、收容妓女運動,成都也響應(yīng)號召,大力整頓社會治安。根據(jù)西南公安部和西南軍政委員會聯(lián)合指示,改造妓女的工作被提上日程,1950年6月,成都市人民政府宣布封閉妓院,并集合公安機關(guān)、民政部、衛(wèi)生部門、婦聯(lián)、救濟會等部門,對成都市的妓女進行統(tǒng)一收容,集中改造。經(jīng)過努力,到1953年,成都的禁娼運動取得很大成就,妓院數(shù)量減少,娼妓人數(shù)銳減。從1953年到1957年幾年中,成都市又連續(xù)對游娼暗妓進行了整治。在成都市人民政府的支持下,公安、民政、衛(wèi)生、婦聯(lián)等部門協(xié)同作戰(zhàn),組建生產(chǎn)教養(yǎng)院,從思想、文化、技能和身體素質(zhì)等幾個方面對院生實施改造,并指引她們走上新的崗位,譜寫新的人生篇章。 本文將論述在全國解放、改造妓女的形勢下,成都的妓女改造情況。本文第一章主要論述選題的意義、現(xiàn)狀及方法意義,第二章簡述解放前成都娼妓概況,第三章著重闡述成都收容和改造妓女情況、改造方式及成果,展現(xiàn)建國初期成都妓女改造取得的成效,并與其他城市妓女改造作比較,進而探討成都的妓女改造。
[Abstract]:In China, the existence of prostitutes has long been. Throughout history, most prostitutes came from poor backgrounds and were forced or deceived by life. In China's long feudal society, prostitutes were not strictly banned, especially in more prosperous cities. In modern times, prostitute industry survives tenaciously in the growing economy and frequent war, and the prostitution industry in Chengdu is one of the examples. Before liberation, there were quite a number of prostitutes in Chengdu, including public prostitutes, private prostitutes, and a large number of secret prostitutes who engaged in a career of skin and meat on the basis of numerous brothels, Taiji, various inns and tea shops. The existence of prostitutes seriously affects the social atmosphere, in addition to the prostitution and evil forces, gambling, drugs coexist, resulting in extremely bad social impact, is not conducive to the long-term stability of society. Therefore, in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, in order to consolidate the state power and build socialism better, the Party and the government decided to ban prostitutes. Under the call and leadership of the central government, a vigorous closed brothel was launched throughout the country. Host prostitutes movement, Chengdu also responded to the call to vigorously rectify public order. According to the joint instructions of the Southwest Ministry of Public Security and the Southwest military and political Commission, the work of reforming prostitutes was put on the agenda. In June 1950, the Chengdu Municipal people's Government announced the closure of brothels and the gathering of public security organs, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Health Department, and the Women's Federation. Relief Society and other departments, the prostitutes in Chengdu for unified shelter, centralized transformation. By 1953, the prostitute-ban movement in Chengdu had achieved great success, with the number of brothels decreasing and the number of prostitutes plummeting. From 1953 to 1957 several years, Chengdu has carried on the treatment to the prostitution dark prostitution continuously. With the support of the Chengdu Municipal people's Government, the departments of public security, civil affairs, public health, and women's federations have worked together to set up production and correctional institutions to reform college students in terms of ideology, culture, skills and physical quality. And guide them to new posts, write a new chapter in life. This article will discuss the situation of the transformation of prostitutes in Chengdu under the situation of national liberation and the transformation of prostitutes. The first chapter of this paper mainly discusses the significance of the topic, the status quo and the significance of methods, the second chapter briefly describes the general situation of prostitutes in Chengdu before liberation, the third chapter focuses on the situation of accepting and reforming prostitutes in Chengdu, the reform methods and results. In the early years of the founding of the people's Republic of China, the achievements of the reform of prostitutes in Chengdu were demonstrated and compared with those in other cities, and then the transformation of prostitutes in Chengdu was discussed.
