【摘要】：上海市解放后,受城鄉(xiāng)互助政策、農(nóng)業(yè)合作化和"大躍進(jìn)"運(yùn)動(dòng)影響,先后三次出現(xiàn)農(nóng)民大規(guī)模進(jìn)城爭(zhēng)糞的風(fēng)潮。市政府沒有采取強(qiáng)力措施阻止農(nóng)民進(jìn)城,而是盡可能地化解由此引起的工農(nóng)沖突和農(nóng)民內(nèi)部沖突。本文擬對(duì)農(nóng)民進(jìn)城爭(zhēng)糞的原因、過程,以及上海市的應(yīng)對(duì)措施加以考察,進(jìn)而展現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系的復(fù)雜性。在城市面前,農(nóng)村并非總處于劣勢(shì)和被動(dòng)地位,二者之間的關(guān)系取決于國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)決策的需要。
[Abstract]:After the liberation of Shanghai, influenced by the policy of mutual aid between urban and rural areas, agricultural cooperation and the movement of "Great Leap forward", there were three waves of peasants competing for dung on a large scale. Instead of taking strong measures to prevent farmers from entering the city, the city government did everything possible to resolve the conflicts between workers and peasants. This paper intends to investigate the reason and process of peasants' struggle for dung in cities and the countermeasures in Shanghai to show the complexity of the relationship between urban and rural areas. In front of the city, the countryside is not always in the inferiority and passive position, the relationship between the two depends on the need of the national economic decision.
