【摘要】：近代注射知識(shí)與實(shí)踐是西方醫(yī)學(xué)傳入的重要內(nèi)容之一。晚清與民國(guó)時(shí)期,來(lái)華傳教士、醫(yī)學(xué)界及醫(yī)藥業(yè)等采用多種傳播手段與途徑,傳播注射療法。社會(huì)大眾在療效的對(duì)比中,對(duì)注射療法的態(tài)度總體經(jīng)歷從懷疑到認(rèn)可的轉(zhuǎn)變過(guò)程,又兼有既接納又排斥的復(fù)雜面相。同時(shí),注射知識(shí)在華傳播也豐富了大眾及專業(yè)詞匯,改造了"注射"一詞的含義,其濫用還引發(fā)各級(jí)政府對(duì)注射器具的政策轉(zhuǎn)變與制度化努力。由此,注射療法兼具表層文化的工具性和深層文化的價(jià)值性,其在華傳播經(jīng)歷了由治病而攻心、由技術(shù)而觀念的過(guò)程,體現(xiàn)了技術(shù)進(jìn)步、大眾觀念、社會(huì)制度之間的復(fù)雜互動(dòng)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Modern injection knowledge and practice is one of the important contents of western medicine. In the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, missionaries, medicine and medicine used various means of communication to spread injection therapy. In the comparison of therapeutic effects, the general attitude towards injection therapy has experienced a process of transition from doubt to approval, and it has a complex aspect of both acceptance and rejection. At the same time, the dissemination of injection knowledge in China has enriched the public and professional vocabulary, transformed the meaning of the word "injection", and caused the policy transformation and institutionalization efforts of the governments at all levels. As a result, injection therapy has both the tool of surface culture and the value of deep culture. Its dissemination in China has experienced the process of treating illness and attacking heart and technology, which embodies the progress of technology and the concept of the masses.
