民國初期靈武地區(qū)的“鴿堂”與“鴿堂捐”

【摘要】：鴿子是我國馴養(yǎng)歷史悠久且寓意美好的飛禽之一,在回族社會中鴿子也得到了獨特的珍愛和普遍的家養(yǎng)。在寧夏靈武、吳忠等回族聚居區(qū),養(yǎng)鴿不僅成為該地區(qū)的地方特色,而且在20世紀二三十年代,養(yǎng)鴿還成為當?shù)鼗刈逯匾纳嫹绞?由此產(chǎn)生的"鴿堂捐"成為該地區(qū)早期回族現(xiàn)代教育的重要經(jīng)費來源。
[Abstract]:Pigeons are one of the birds with a long history and good meaning in our country. In Hui society, pigeons have also been treasured and widely domesticated. In areas inhabited by Hui ethnic groups such as Lingwu and Wu Zhong in Ningxia, pigeon breeding not only became a local feature in the region, but also became an important means of livelihood for the local Hui people in the 1920s and 1930s. Thus, pigeon donation became an important source of funding for the early Hui modern education in the region.
